    摘要： A two part peg system including a handle used by arm-wrestlers to hold while armwrestling (the peg has a male thread), and a second part which is a peg base having a head that rests on the surface of the table and also a vertical body. The body passes through the leather, foam, wooden top and steel frame. The male portion (thread) of the peg base is responsible of holding leather, foam, wooden top and steel frame only when fastened or locked (the strength and rigidity is attained only when fastened or locked). The female thread of peg base passes through the head as well as the body of the peg base and creates a space to receive the male portion of the peg. The peg base holds the table wooden top including its leather and foam with steel frame together, and allows the peg to sit in it.

    摘要： A multidirectional exercise apparatus is disclosed. The multidirectional exercise apparatus has a center bar and two handles pivotably coupled at opposite ends of the center bar. Each handle may rotate through 360° about the end of the center bar. The apparatus may also have a locking mechanism coupled to each handle, wherein the locking mechanism may lock the handle into place and prevent the handle from rotating about the end of the center bar. The apparatus may also have a rotation bar removably coupled about the center bar that may rotate through 360° about the center bar. The apparatus may be operated by two users simultaneously and may also be adapted for operation by a single user.

    摘要： An elongated focus pad is a combat sport training apparatus that reduces wear and tear experienced by a trainer's body. The elongated focus pad accomplishes this by distancing the impact zone of the focus pad away from the trainer's body. The elongated focus pad incorporates a target section, a barrel, a handle, and an internally positioned flexible core. The flexible core absorbs impact forces experienced by the target section reducing the total force experienced by a trainer's body. The target section is constructed of a flexible material capable of absorbing impacts but allowing for rapid successive strikes. The barrel is attached to the target section and distances it from the handle. The handle is positioned opposite the target section on the barrel and is manipulated by the trainer. The flexible core is internally positioned with the most flexible region being found within the barrel.

In one disclosed embodiment, the reaction belt has a first and second belt detachably secured together with a detaching structure that can connect the first and second belts together in at least two different ways.
