    摘要： An electrically driven, continuous track treadmill having a frame comprising a first section with a second section pivotably connected to a rear end thereof. The treadmill is adjustable between an operational position where the first and second sections are substantially horizontally aligned, and a folded position where the second section is pivoted onto said first section, such that an upper surface of the second section abuts an upper surface of the first section. A handle is pivotally connected to the first section of the frame and extends upwardly away therefrom when the treadmill is in the operational position. The handle pivots into abutting contact with a lower surface of the second section when the treadmill is in the folded position. The treadmill preferably is also provided with an inclination adjustment assembly that is selectively activatable to move the frame between a neutral position, a positively inclined position and a negatively inclined position relative to the floor surface. The treadmill is further provided with a shell configured to resemble a coffee table which is positioned over or around the treadmill when in the folded position. The treadmill therefore can be stored in plain sight.

The exercise equipment units are stored initially in storage compartments located under beds behind the driver and passenger seats. The exercise equipment units are securely held within the storage compartments by storage locking mechanisms. Each exercise equipment unit is movable manually or electronically from the storage compartment to an operational or use position within the tractor-trailer walking space or sleeping area. In the operational position, the selected exercise equipment unit is secured by an operation locking mechanism in the operational position; adjusted and setup for use by multiple users. The exercise equipment units are connected to a computer for sensing, remote monitoring and displaying of vital signs of at least two users. The selected exercise equipment unit may be returned manually or electronically to either the first or said second storage compartment and re-secured in the storage compartment.

A few examples of such uses or applications are treadmills that fold under desk tops or treadmills that fold into furniture or treadmills that fold out of wall fixtures. The smaller volume required to box, ship and store a Mid-deck Hinged Treadmill also lowers freight and storage costs simply because more units will fit into a shipping container or warehouse space. To function properly the Mid-deck Hinged Treadmill Deck requires a rear mechanism that loosens the rear roller when it is being folded or unfolded and then locks or tightens the rear treadmill roller when it is used.

    摘要： A self-storing basketball goal system includes a foundation box enclosing a portable basketball goal including a backboard and hoop rim. The backboard attaches to the distal end section of a post assembly, which is preferably foldable and telescopic. The foundation box may be dug in the ground so that the post and goal assembly is installed upon a top cover of the foundation box which is flush with the ground, or the foundation box may be a remote storage container away from the playing surface. In that case, the post assembly and supporting struts are attached to keyways installed within the playing surface, such as a driveway, patio or other playing surface. The post assembly may then fold into the foundation box with the backboard and removable hoop rim.
