    摘要： A novelty pet toy which can be set up with either a stationary base or a rocking base. The toy has a resiliently mounted cartoon character which oscillates back and forth when touched. Thus, a pet, such as a cat, can touch the character which oscillates on its resilient mount providing recreation and exercise for the pet. The base may be hollow and filled with any suitable material, such as cat litter.
