    摘要: A velocity-pressure switching and pressure holding device and system for electrically-operated injection molding machines. The switching between closed-loop position control and closed-loop pressure control of a servo motor of an injection molding machine is quickly and smoothly achieved by a switchable loop switch to ensure the optimal control of the velocity-pressure switching during injection filling and pressure holding. Furthermore an adjustable observation value and a speed reducing set up for the injection axle before switching are provided to allow users to perform minor adjustments on the velocity-pressure switching during the slow down of the injection axle. The present invention easily and precisely achieves the optimal velocity-pressure switching parameters to facilitate better pressure holding ability to increase the quality of the plastic products.

    摘要: By providing a V-P switchover point on a time axis display screen as well, waveforms of measured pressures prior and subsequent to V-P switchover shall be continuously displayed, thereby making it easy to ascertain the state of pressures at the V-P switchover point. A time axis display screen 4 for displaying velocities and/or pressures with a horizontal axis as a time scale; and a position axis display screen 5 for displaying velocities and/or pressures with a horizontal axis as a position scale; are provided side by side on a display panel surface along with fields for various numerical values established as molding conditions. A V-P switchover point is displayed as a vertical axis in each of time axis display screen 4 and of the position axis display screen 5. The time axis display screen 4 is divided into a left-hand screen portion 4a and a right-hand screen portion 4b by the vertical axis representing the V-P switchover point; and the state of velocities and pressures subsequent to V-P switchover is continuously displayed as waveforms on time axis display screen, starting at a time prior to V-P switchover.

    摘要: For exactly determining the switchover point when producing plastic injection mouldings, two pressure sensors are arranged successively at intervals in the flow direction of the inflowing material, so that the material reaches them at different points in time, and pressure curves (p.sub.1, p.sub.2) are recorded inside the mould cavity. From the measured pressures, the differential pressure is derived. When passing from volumetric filing to compression, the pressures in the mould cavity (p.sub.1, p.sub.2) undergo an abrupt rise (U1, U2). This is reflected in a steep drop of the differential pressure formed, its gradient experiencing a change of sign (V). This indicates that the switchover point has been reached, at which the filling phase must give way to the holding pressure phase.
