    摘要: A molding apparatus for the production of articles molded through sequential injection includes a mold having a cavity, a plurality of electrically actuated injectors arranged at central, intermediate and end positions, respectively, with respect to the mold cavity, and an electronic system for controlling the injectors for the actuation thereof according to a sequential cycle which provides for opening the central injector first, followed by the intermediate injectors and then the end injectors. The electronic control system is configured so that the opening sequential cycle occurs in such a way to obtain more linear and homogeneous pressure in the mold filling step, and lower packing pressure.

    摘要: A method for filling a mold with a compressible liquid material is disclosed. The mold is connected to a manifold via a plurality of runners, with at least one valve disposed in at least one of the plurality of runners. A controller is configured to pressurize the manifold with the liquid material, and modulate the at least one valve to perform a plurality of pulse cycles during one filling cycle of the mold. A pulse cycle includes adjusting an aperture of the valve from a first position to a second position, and adjusting the aperture of the valve from the second position to a third position, where the aperture corresponding to the second position is larger than the aperture corresponding to the first position, and the aperture corresponding to the third position is smaller than the aperture corresponding to the second position.

    摘要: Intended is to provide a molding machine using a built-in type motor as an injecting electric motor. In this molding machine, a mounting structure for such a transmission mechanism from a rotational motion to a linear motion, as changes the rotation of the built-in motor into the linear motion thereby to transmit the linear motion to an injecting member, is simplified to improve the assembling workability. For this improvement, a sleeve is fixed in the rotor of the built-in type motor. In the hollow portion of the sleeve, a screw shaft or the rotating portion of a ball screw mechanism and the sleeve are connected and fixed by a connecting member. A nut member or the straight portion of the ball screw mechanism is fixed on a member for performing straight motions together with the injecting member.
