    摘要: A method for evaluating rubber is provided which can evaluate the degree of crosslinking of a crosslinked rubber product within a short period of time without performing any specific treatment. In the above method, the amount of energy shift of the peak (such as the peak of C12p3/2 of chlorinated butyl rubber) of a constituent element of the rubber is measured by photoelectron spectroscopy, and the degree of crosslinking of the rubber is evaluated from the amount of energy shift. In addition, a method for manufacturing a rubber product is also provided which includes the steps of measuring the amount of energy shift of the peak of a constituent element of the rubber product by a photoelectron spectrometer which is installed in a manufacturing line and then feeding back measurement result to adjust heat molding conditions so as to obtain a desired degree of crosslinking.

    摘要: The electric service load of a machine having at least one electric heater and at least one electric motor may be managed as follows. Where the electrical service load of the machine exceeds a threshold, which may result from transient in-rush current attendant upon start-up of an electric motor, or where this load is expected to exceed the threshold, at least one of the heaters may be de-energized. The heater may remain de-energized either for a pre-determined period of time or until the electrical service load falls below a further threshold.

    摘要: An injection molding machine that performs a safe ejecting action of a molded article until a setting state of an ejector rod and a set forward end position for an ejection stroke of a molded article ejector are suitable for a mold in use. A resistor R1 is set to ON when a mold is changed and a resistor R2 is set to ON when a set value of the forward end position of the ejection stroke is changed. When resistor R1 or resistor R2 is ON, ejection is performed with a reduced ejecting force and at a reduced ejecting velocity. When a detected position of the ejector rod reaches the set forward end position, resistors R1 and R2 are turned OFF and thereafter the ejection is performed with a normal ejecting force and a normal ejecting velocity, to thereby prevent damage to the mold or to the molded article ejector.
