Abstract:
A cabinet for the storage of files, books or papers comprising a floor panel, a vertically-arranged back panel fixed to the rear edge of said floor panel, vertically-arranged side panels fixed to the side edges of both said floor and back panels, a plurality of divider panels fixed to said floor and back panels and positioned parallel to and intermediate of said side panels, and a roof panel fixed to said side panels, said divider panels and said back panel; locating and releasable fixing means being provided along each panel edge abutting another panel; zones of said side and divider panels being provided with ribbing to stiffen them; the lower surfaces of said floor panel and upper surfaces of said roof panel being made with complementary shapings which cooperate to provide a locating function when multiple said cabinets are in stacked arrangement.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a reinforcing and shape-fixing structure for a sheet material product, especially for maintain the configuration and reinforcing the structure of various products made of a light and thin sheet material. When the product is shaped, an opened end edge thereof is formed with a preset amount of though holes, so when the end edge of the product is sleeved with a plastic frame having the same configuration, when the two lateral sheets of the frame is processed with a thermal pressing operation, the material of which the two lateral sheets are made can pass the through holes thereby being integrated with each other; thus, the plastic frame can provide the shape-fixing and structure reinforcing effect to the configuration of the product, and also provides a function of changing the combination of colors.

Abstract:
A box with a wheel assembly platform has a tow strap with a folded position stowed in a recess in the platform and an unfolded position accessible outside the box. In one embodiment, the strap is incorporated in a pre-assembled handle pack positioned in the recess. The strap may be retracted by a torsion spring, and may be coiled in the pack by use of a rotating fork. In one embodiment axles projecting from rollers are supported in recesses formed in the platform, and in another embodiment the axles are supported in notches in the bottom end of cylinders mounted in cutouts in the platform. In a further embodiment a box has hand holes in opposite walls with a spacer panel providing finger access behind the holes. The platform may have hinged panels. A thermoformed skin may be applied to the platform or constitute the platform.
Abstract:
A system for organizing very similar articles in a container so that the user can readily identify the desired article. A “menu” may be used to readily identify the articles, which preferably are non-food, consumer items, such as bandages or first-aid supplies. The “menu” may be provided in the lid of the container. If desired, the “menu” may be fixedly provided in the lid of the container, such as on the interior-facing surface of a flip-top or hinged-lid of the container. The articles may be organized in an insert or tray that is removable from a shell portion of the container so the shell can be used for other purposes.
Abstract:
A carton has hand holes in opposite walls and a spacer panel inserted between stacked articles in the carton. The spacer panel has cut outs in its opposite ends positioned behind the hand holes to provide space for inserting the fingers. The hand holes and spacer panel facilitate lifting, carrying and manipulating the carton. The spacer panel has width and length dimensions to fit within the interior width and length dimensions of the carton and reinforces the carton to reduce damage when the carton is dropped.
Abstract:
An article with circuit actuating capability includes a first article part [13], a second article part [11] formed with a pocket [101] and linked to the first article part such that the first and second article parts being movable relative to each other, the pocket having an access opening [113], and a circuit [2] built in the pocket in the second article part and accessible through the access opening of the pocket for controlling circuit states of the circuit.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (10, 100) for storing collectibles, comprising a base unit (12) having a first receiving region (28) for receiving a first object and a second receiving region (42) for receiving a storage unit (14, 66, 76 to 82) for the collectibles (16). The base unit (12) has a first side wall (18), a second side wall (30), a connecting wall (24) connecting the side walls (18, 30) to each other, and two receiving elements (34, 36) for mounting the storage unit (14, 66, 76 to 82). The first receiving region (28) is delimited by the first side wall (18), the second side wall (30) and the connecting wall (24). The second receiving region (42), open on at least one side and separated from the first receiving region (28) by the connecting wall (24), is delimited by the first receiving element (34), the second receiving element (36) and the connecting wall (24). The storage unit (14, 66, 76 to 82) comprises at least two segments (44, to 52, 68, 70) connectible to and separable from each other, wherein each segment (44 to 52, 68, 70) has a receiving region for receiving at least one collectible (16) and wherein at least a partial region of each segment (44 to 52, 68, 70) is transparent.
Abstract:
A document file is provided comprising a back (1, 21), a connecting spine (2, 22) with top (3, 24) and bottom (4, 25) walls connecting with the spine to form a three sided enclosure with the back. A cover (5, 26) for the document file has at its free edge opposite its attachment to the spine, a sidewall (6, 30) adapted to form with the back, spine, top and bottom walls in the closed condition of the document file, a closed box. The back preferably has an extension (7, 31) extending along at least a part of its edge opposite its attachment to the spine such that it projects beyond the sidewall of the cover in the closed condition of the document file. The top and bottom edges of the cover preferably have top (10, 27) and bottom (11, 28) wall sections adapted to fit inside or outside the top and bottom walls in the closed condition. The invention also provides a document file blank for erection to form a document file as provided by the invention.
