摘要： A height-adjustable wheelbarrow can include a loading trough attached to a tubular frame and a first wheel arranged at a front portion of the wheelbarrow. The front portion can be arranged with respect to a longitudinal direction of the wheelbarrow. A second wheel (can be arranged at a rear portion of the wheelbarrow. The rear portion can be arranged with respect to the longitudinal direction of the wheelbarrow. A device for adjusting the height of the wheelbarrow can be formed to adjust a vertical position of the second wheel relative to the loading trough. This device can include a telescopic tube connected at a first axial end portion to the tubular frame and/or the loading trough (and at a second axial end portion to a mounting of the second wheel. The device can also include an actuating device positioned for adjusting a length of the telescopic tube.

Certain embodiments may also comprise a handle aspect that is slidably engaged with the frame of the cart such that it can be extended to various positions, including being fully disengaged, flipped and reengaged to translate from a “push state” for a manual user to a “pull state” for a hitch.

摘要： An ability to move a wheelbarrow without lifting the rear part of the wheelbarrow is achieved by attaching a handle adapter that extends upward from the rearwardly extending handles of the wheelbarrow. Further, a converter kit converts a conventional single wheeled wheelbarrow into a three wheeled device. The handle adapter is a tubular construction and can be easily detached from the wheelbarrow. In one embodiment of the converter kit, a plate and a hollow tube are attached to generally U shaped resting arms for easy assembly and disassembly of auxiliary wheels. A second embodiment of the converter kit includes a clamp for easily adjusting the auxiliary wheels of the wheelbarrow.

摘要： In a wheel barrow having a load carrying container disposed between a rotatable wheel and a handle, an adapter apparatus is disclosed for assisting transportation of the wheelbarrow. The adapter apparatus includes a frame having a first and a second end and an axle having a first and a second side. The axle extends through the frame and the rotatable wheel such that the rotatable wheel rotates about the axle. Additionally, the axle pivotally supports the wheel barrow such that pivotal movement of the wheel barrow about the axle and relative to the frame is permitted. A rotatable device is secured to the frame so that the container is disposed between the axle and the rotatable device. The arrangement is such that in a first mode of operation of the apparatus, the wheel barrow is supported by the frame and is transported on the rotatable wheel and the rotatable device for transportation of the load disposed within the container. In a second mode of operation of the apparatus, the handle of the wheel barrow is lifted relative to the frame such that the wheel barrow is pivoted about the axle for unloading the load from the container.
