    摘要: A set includes seats, each seat includes a chair and a lateral pedestal arranged laterally on one side of the chair. The chairs and the lateral pedestals are arranged in a staggered configuration in two parallel rows. Each seat has a covering shell determining a rear surface in a rear zone of the chair and determining a front surface in a front zone of the lateral pedestal. A space between a rear surface of a front seat and a front surface of a rear seat forms a passage for an occupant of the rear seat. In a vertical cross section the rear surface and the front surface have convex profiles facing one another, a width of the passage increasing in the direction of decreasing heights from a height of minimum width, and increasing in the direction of increasing heights from the height of minimum width.

    摘要: A slouching aircraft divan transitions between discrete upright, slouched, and berthed configurations. The divan has a seatpan including rollers which travel along roller slots in frame rails connecting the front and rear legs: from the upright configuration, the seatpan tracks forward and down to a midpoint corresponding to the slouched configuration and then forward and up to the berthed configuration. The back follower panel tracks with the seatpan along backrest slots, curving rearward as it tracks down to allow the back follower panel to track maximally forward, and the seatpan and backrest cushions to berth flat and parallel to the floor. The divan uses one-way damping devices to regulate the speed with which the seatpan tracks forward and down from the upright configuration to the slouched configuration and to provide a cushion when the seatpan tracking ends at the midpoint of the roller slot, when the slouched configuration is achieved.

    摘要: In order to improve ease of maintenance of an aircraft passenger seat, the aircraft passenger seat 100 is adapted to be changeable between an upright position and a bed mode position at which the backrest is folded forward. A mechanism for locking the seat at each of the positions is provided with lock pins 350 provided on both sides of the backrest, a handle unit 200 mounted to a rear face of the backrest, and two wires 300 for connecting the handle unit 200 and the lock pins 350. A structure for connecting the wires 300 to the handle unit 200 is improved to facilitate the maintenance of the wires and to make the handle unit lightweight.

    摘要: A passenger accommodation assembly for a passenger vehicle can be configured as a column oriented parallel to an axis defining a forward and a backward direction. The column can include at least a second seat positioned behind a first seat. The first and second seats can each be oriented to face toward the axis in directions not substantially parallel to the axis and can each be convertible by a relative movement of elements of the seat between a sitting mode and a bed mode in which elements of the seat form at least part of a sleeping surface. When in the bed mode, the second sleeping surface can be situated higher or lower than the first sleeping surface such that at least a portion of the second sleeping surface vertically overlaps with at least a portion of the first sleeping surface.
