The second space is partitioned by the second bottom-plate and the second side-wall and has a volume larger than a volume of the first space. The connection plate is connected with each of the first side and the second side and is foldable to the first bottom-plate and the second bottom-plate. The grip member is attached to the first side-plate and is capable of penetrating into the second side-plate in a closed state in which the first side-wall is housed in the second space.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a packing box in the field of outer packing technique in view of problems that the existing thick packing box occupies large space in transporting and storage and cannot be reused after disassembled due to adhering connections. The packing box includes two cover bodies configured to snap one another, each of the cover bodies is formed by a folded plate member, and the plate member includes an internal flexible layer, an external flexible layer and a paperboard layer therebetween, where the cover body includes a bottom plate, and a side plate and a flipping plate both arranged on each of opposite sides of the bottom plate, one side of the side plate is connected to the bottom plate, and the other side of the side plate is connected to the flipping plate, so that the side plate is foldable with respect to a side edge of the bottom plate that is connected with the side plate, and the flipping plate is foldable with respect to a side edge of the side plate that is connected with the flipping plate. A locating structure is arranged between the bottom plate and the side plate, and a free end of the flipping plate is configured to be inserted and fixed to the locating structure. Since adhering connections are avoided in the assembling of the packing box, the production efficiency is increased, and the packing box is easy to disassemble and assemble and may be reused, so that the cover body can be disassembled to save space for transporting and storage.

摘要： A cushioning material for packaging is provided, which is used when an article having a rectangular cross section or a cubic shape is packaged in an outer case, such as a corrugated cardboard box. The cushioning material is suitable for packaging the article therewith in an outer case while an end portion, which has a pair of corner sections, of the article is inserted into and supported by the cushioning. The cushioning material is provided with a grooved retainer (1) and a pair of end support members (2,2) disposed so as to close the ends of both end portions of the grooved retainer (1). The grooved retainer has a raised bottom (10) and two side walls (11,11) and is adapted to receive one inserted end portion of the article having a rectangular cross section or a cubic shape. The end support members each have a plurality of hollow portions (20), which are arranged in parallel in a predetermined direction, and a rectangular cross-section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the hollow portions (20). The grooved retainer (1) and end support members (2,2) are formed by folding a single sheet a of a predetermined planar shape along valley-forming folding lines (a1) and ridge-forming folding lines (a2) formed on the sheet. This enables to provide a cushioning material for packaging which has a simple structure and a low bulk specific gravity, and is not likely to deform.

摘要： An improved package for completely enclosing a bathtub within the package wherein the bathtub is carried by a pair of support members fixed to the insides of the end caps of the invention. Each end cap has formed thereon at least one cushion member which is hingedly attached to the end cap and also has fixedly attached to the end cap the beforementioned support member. Also disclosed is a method for supporting a bathtub on its opposite top end edges within the new and improved package so that the bathtub is suspended on the support member fixed to the end caps thereby providing improved protection from shipping and storage damage.

When assembled, the carton encloses the cabinet in an interlocked stacked assembly with the cover secured to the bottom tray by strips of tape or a vertically surrounding band. The assembly permits reopening for complete access to the cabinet by merely cutting the tape or band and lifting off the cover.
