摘要： A screw supply apparatus includes a screw feeding unit, a screw transfer unit, and an escape unit. In the screw supply apparatus, the screw feeding unit includes a rotating drum having a horizontal rotating shaft. At a rear surface fixation bearing portion positioned on the rear surface side of the rotating drum, a screw input portion is provided for introducing screws into the rotating drum. Also, at a front surface fixation bearing portion positioned on the front surface side of the rotating drum, an opening is formed. The screw transfer unit includes a pair of transfer rails, which has a central groove and is inserted from the opening of the front surface fixation bearing portion into the rotating drum. In the vicinity of the outer circumference of the rotating drum, a drive cam is provided.

Adjacent turns of the separator spiral have an inter-distance dimensioned such that a cuvette can be held in a holding position in which projections projecting outwards from a body for receiving liquid rest on adjacent turns, with the body dipping into a spiral groove between the adjacent turns.

摘要： A system and a method for receiving and feeding used beverage containers (UBC) uses at least one conveyer and a receptacle with a variable volume for receiving batches of UBC's. The batch receptacle has a small footprint. An annular rotating ring located at the upper edge of the receptacle circumscribes a piston when placed in the upper position. The receptacle has a receiving cylinder. The receiving cylinder has a piston, which is moved by at least one actuator. The system provides a very effective and very small receptacle for all kinds of packaging which has to be returned either for refill or for reuse of the material, or the system can be used for collecting highly polluting used articles such as batteries or other containers containing chemicals. The receptacle has a variable volume that can be filled up with UBC's.

摘要： A bead feeder for serially delivering beads to a downstream location comprises a bead supply wheel which rotates about a vertical axis. The bead supply wheel includes a bead supply bowl and a plurality of radially arranged channels below the bowl connected to rotate with the bowl. Discharge openings in the bowl are in alignment with the radially arranged channels to delivery beads to those channels, and a bead receiving pocket is positioned at the outer end of each channel. A transfer wheel picks up beads from the bead receiving pockets and transfers those beads to a delivery wheel by vacuum transfer and release. The delivery wheel serially delivers the beads to the downstream location.

摘要： An apparatus for orienting random oriented lightweight articles. The apparatus includes a wheel which rotates on an axis which is substantially horizontal. A plurality of alignment troughs is mounted on the interior of the wheel. Each of the alignment troughs has a longitudinal axis substantially parallel to the wheels horizontal axis. Each trough has a plurality of openings to allow air to pass through the trough and out of the wheel to hold lightweight articles in the troughs against the force of gravity. Each of the articles has a longitudinal axis which is parallel to the troughs longitudinal axis. Rotation of the wheel selectively positions the troughs with a source of air under pressure to move the articles to the end of the respective trough. Each article at the end of its respective trough moves into an external receiver where the article is transferred to a vertical attitude. A retriever positioned adjacent to the wheel retrieves each article in a vertical attitude and delivers each article to a conveyor.
