摘要: This safety system includes: a toothed wheel, connected rotationally with respect to at least one rotating member to be braked, a worm driven rotationally by a motor upon rotation of the rotating member and permanently in mesh with the toothed wheel, a housing forming: a longitudinal wall located on the side of the worm diametrically opposed to the toothed wheel, and extending along the worm at a distance of the latter ranging between 0.001 and 0.01 times the diameter of the worm, and a first end wall integral with the longitudinal wall, located opposite a first longitudinal end of the worm; and energy absorption/dissipation elements interposed between the first end wall and the first longitudinal end of the worm, the worm being slidingly mounted in the housing such that the first longitudinal end of the worm comes closer to the first end wall when the worm slides in the housing.

摘要: A modular lift assembly includes a frame, at least one head block connected to the frame, a drum rotatably connected to the frame about an axis of rotation and having at least one winding section, and a drive mechanism operatively connected to the drum for rotating the drum. In various examples, the lift assembly includes at least one loft block internal or external relative to the frame. The loft block is configured to guide a cable from the at least one head block to a load. The lift assembly can further include a load brake positioned along the axis of drum rotation to reduce risks associated with a drive or motor failure.

摘要: A hand winch including a winding roll, a flexible elongated member, a shaft connected to the winding roll, a friction brake including a brake disk and a gear element engaging the winding roll and mounted on the shaft. The gear element has a release position and a brake position in which the gear element enters into frictional contact with the brake disk, generating a braking torque resisting winding off the flexible elongated member. Friction means is provided between the shaft and the gear element for generating a frictional resistance therebetween such that, if a driving force acting on the gear element does not overcome the frictional resistance established by the friction means, the gear element drives the shaft through friction means. However, if the driving force between the shaft and the gear element overcomes the frictional resistance, relative movement between the gear element and the shaft occurs.

摘要: A lever hoist including a housing, in which a load chain wheel and a drive shaft are rotatably mounted. A drive torque is transmittable to the drive shaft via a lever. A load chain is moveable via the load chain wheel. The ratchet wheel has an internal thread and is axially displaceable on a threaded portion of the drive shaft having a brake thread. A damping spring is on a drive-side portion of the drive shaft between the threaded portion and an outer stop. If the load chain is blocked, when the load no longer continues to slip in a sliding manner, the ratchet wheel is pushed against the pressure of the damping spring until the pawl body is displaced out of the drive teeth into the untoothed disengagement portion.
