The reinforced fabric for substitution of vinyl manufactured through the above described processes has an enhanced resistance with respect to durability and temperature and moisture, so the service life can be prolonged.

Described herein are techniques for creating a three-dimensional woven textile products. A method includes rotating strands of warp yarns, where each strand of warp yarn is in a direction away from a surface, in a circular motion while moving a strand of weft yarn forwards and backwards in a direction parallel to the surface so as to cause the strand of weft yarn to alternately weave in and out of the strands of warp yarn. The method includes moving the strand of weft yarn in a direction away from the surface so as to cause the strand of weft yarn to alternately weave in and out of the strands of warp yarn at a different height to create a three-dimensional woven textile product. The method includes supplying at least one of the strand of warp yarn or the strand of weft yarn with a yarn generator.

The weaving machine arrangement is coordinated, and first warp threads for the woven material are obtained from the shaft frame weaving machine and second warp threads from the Jacquard machines. The Jacquard machines form patterns for the closing locations of the weft threads in the turnover fold areas. By using spread-out turnover fold areas and spreading the closing locations of the weft threads in these areas, high-strength piecing functions are obtained in the tubular weave.

This invention provides a cloth winding device of a circular knitting machine. A gear box is provided on the swivel frame of the machine. In the box, there are provided sets of fine adjustment gears and adjacent coarse adjustment gears on their respective shafts so that power is transmitted from the coarse adjustment gears through the rear row gears to the fine adjustment gears and then outputs from the cloth pulling shaft. The cloth winding shaft on the opposite side is driven by the respective bevel gears. Thereby, a multiple of speed ratios can selectively obtained by means of the adjustment devices provided on the gear box. The cloth winding roller is driven by the cloth pulling shaft. By the cooperation of a rocking arm and its related spring, the cloth roller can be raised or lowered automatically in accordance with the size of the cloth roll.

In the circular reed of the circular loom, a plurality of weaving shuttles circulate. Each weaving shuttle has rollers arranged in pairs at its top edge and its bottom edge. The rollers operate together with the corresponding gliding surfaces on the upper shuttle race or lower shuttle race of the circular reed, and each shuttle is supported to circulate on shuttle guide rods by the centrifugal force conveyed by the support elements. The shuttle guide rods of the circular reed define between them a slit in the region of the upper and the lower shuttle races, which slit receives upon opening of the travelling shed one of the warp threads of the upper shed or the lower shed, and form there an upper and a lower rollway, taking up the centrifugal force of the circulating weaving shuttle for the respective pairs of support rollers on the shuttle. The slit widens outside the rollways towards the reed-horizontal median plane to a warp-yarn crossing space. These measures permit a rapid increase of the rotational speed of the weaving shuttle and the utilization of larger warp yarn packages.
