The warp let-off mechanism provides and transmits a plurality of warps and the linear light-emitting module. The heald eye of each heald frame allows the warps and the linear light-emitting module to pass through. The heald frames are located between the warp let-off mechanism and the beating-up mechanism. The take-up mechanism is suitable for adjusting and controlling latitude density of the strong fabric, wherein the take-up mechanism has a set of grooves corresponding to the linear light-emitting module.

The warp units are each configured for supporting a plurality of removable bobbins thereon, the bobbins being pre-loadable with a plurality of warp threads. A plurality of shedding actuators are coupled to the loom chassis and configured to form a shed with warp threads of each of the warp units. In a loom of which the backrest (3) and/or the warp stop motion (17) are adjustably supported on the machine frame (22) and are adjustable by associated adjusting equipment with at least one adjusting function, at least the backrest (3) and/or the warp stop motion (17) are automatically adjusted. To achieve this, at least one controllable driven adjusting device (30) connected to the loom control is allocated to the adjusting equipment. The existing actual position of the backrest and/or of the warp stop motion is determined. At least the measured values characteristic of the actual position are compared to prescribed nominal or desired values. From this comparison, an adjusting signal is generated, which is then provided to the adjusting device, which then automatically moves the backrest (3) and/or the warp stop motion (17) automatically into the respective desired position.

A device is provided for separating and tensioning warp threads in a face-to-face weaving machine of the type used for weaving at least a first fabric and a second fabric that are linked to each other, the first fabric including at least a plurality of first binding warp threads and first tension warp threads and the second fabric including at least a plurality of second binding warp threads and second tension warp threads. The device comprises a first set of rollers for separating the first binding warp threads from the first tension warp threads, a second set of rollers for causing the separated first binding warp threads to cross each other between the rollers in the second set, a third set of rollers, structurally similar to the first set, for separating the second binding warp threads from the second tension warp threads, and a fourth set of rollers, structurally similar to the second set, for causing the separated second binding warp threads to cross each other between the rollers in the fourth set. The first binding warp threads in the first fabric attain substantially the same tension as the second binding warp threads in the second fabric.
