摘要: A control supervision system incorporates a digital serial communication and modules that are mutually communicable to this and operate with CAN-protocol. A control desk can be wirelessly connected to one or more modules operating with a signal protocol which does not take into account arbitration and/or confirmation functions appearing in the CAN-system. A particular receiving communication part executes the conversion of the signal protocol to the signal protocol of the CAN-system. A device for controlling a function in a first module in a CAN-system via a wireless connection to a second module in the system is provided. A system of mutually separate units, where each unit operates with a CAN-signalling protocol, intercommunicating with an identification system in which a key allocation between the units is based upon identities that are assigned by a module in the unit or a master system is also provided.

摘要: The invention relates to a system comprising control computers (1) for controlling and detecting the operating data e.g. the speed, stoppage, cause of stoppage, etc., for each textile machine, and a central computer (2) for determining the production data. The control computers (1) and the central computer (2) respectively comprise means (3) for wireless signal transmission, and form, with a respectively associated transmission unit (4, 5), a radio network for signal transmission according to the WLAN or Bluetooth standard. The transmission units (4, 5) are connected by a telephone line (6), such that the control computers (1) and the central computer (2) can be positioned at any distance in relation to each other. In this way, the means required for the network are significantly reduced, the production data is determined in a centralised manner, and a centralised production control is achieved.

摘要: An optimum loom control method controls a loom so that the overall profit of a weaving mill is maximized. A profit evaluation function defining a profit evaluation valve includes variables including those affecting the profit of the weaving mill, such as information on the quality of fabric woven, the number of effective picks representing the quantity of fabric produced, and the energy consumption of the loom. A controlled factor or factors corresponding to a controllable variable or variables from among those of the profit evaluation function, namely, the operating speed of the loom, the pressure of the picking fluid or both the operating speed of the loom and the pressure of the picking fluid, are controlled so that the profit evaluation value is increased to a maximum.

摘要: A loom supervising system including a supervising computer adapted to fetch the weaving information including the information concerning warp or weft breakage or weft insertion errors for each of a plurality of looms and a multiplexor type relaying unit provided on a signal line interconnecting the supervising computer and the looms. To this relaying unit is connected a transport car control board of an unmanned transport car adapted for transporting exchange components such as the warp beam or the cloth roll. Prescribed command signals from the control board of the transport car are transmitted to a deceleration stop command device provided at each loom by way of the relaying unit and the monitoring signal line.

摘要: An interactive real-time, distributed control system for textile weaving machines including real time, interactive bi-directional communications centrally manages the whole range of activities of a weaving room. Microcontrollers at each weaving machine control most of the routine weaving functions and operations, but communicate in real time with a central computer which provides large-scale data storage and analysis. Easy, consistent automatic machine set-ups result from electronically downloading cloth style and dobby control data from the central computer to the weaving machine microcontrollers. Because communications between the microcontrollers and the central computer as well as much of the analysis performed by the central computer occur interactively on a real time basis, correction and optimization of the weaving process at individual machines is possible, resulting in higher productivity and quality. Less of quality product is produced since weaving machines are stopped automatically when out-of-control conditions occur and/or real time adjustments in independent weaving variables (e.g., filling angle of release) are made.
