摘要: A coupler for an automation system for controlling a process having a network interface for connection to an Ethernet-based network for receiving an Ethernet telegram having process data of the process and having control data. A local bus interface connects to a local bus for transmitting a local bus telegram. A circuit is formed between the network interface and the local bus interface. The circuit includes an arithmetic circuit for retrieving the process data from a payload data area of the Ethernet telegram. The circuit includes a first data filter circuit, which differs from the arithmetic circuit, for filtering out a predetermined subset of the control data from a header of the Ethernet telegram preceding the payload data area. The circuit is configured to generate the local bus telegram and to insert the process data and the predetermined subset of the control data into the local bus telegram.

摘要: A dynamically configurable intelligent controller of a machine tool based on DSP/FPGA and control method thereof are disclosed. The intelligent controller includes a DSP/FPGA information processing module, a data input module, an output execution module and an embedded central processing system module. The DSP/FPGA information processing module includes a hardware reconfigurable information sampling unit, a digital signal processing unit, a hardware reconfigurable algorithm unit, a hardware reconfigurable control information output execution unit and a data storage unit. The DSP/FPGA information processing module configures hardware units according to an intelligent control strategy file created based on the intelligent control needs to generate an intelligent control algorithm graph. The intelligent controller according to the present disclosure can, based on the control needs of the machine tool, dynamically configure the input and output hardware and the algorithm hard ware, and reconfigure the I/O connection and the algorithm module to generate an intelligent control algorithm graph. The intelligent controller also can dynamically output control instructions.

摘要: The present invention relates to an industrial robot process cloud system and a working method thereof. The industrial robot process cloud system comprises an industrial robot control system integrated with a human machine interaction layer HMI, a motion planning control layer Motion and a servo loop control layer Servo, and further comprises a cloud server, wherein the cloud server comprises a process expert system. The human machine interaction layer HMI and the motion planning control layer Motion realize data interaction with the cloud server by means of a network, after the human machine interaction layer HMI inputs operation information, the operation information is transmitted to the cloud server, and a specific robot operation program is generated and downloaded into the industrial robot control system by means of the network. The present invention realizes cloud processing performed to process experiences on various operation types of industrial robots, the process expert system is formed, data interaction and real-time evolution learning of the process expert system are realized by means of the network, the user can conveniently call in real time the robot process program which best satisfies actual requirements and the changeover production efficiency is improved.

摘要: The present invention is directed to an object construction device configured to enclose a specified assembly area and assemble objects, such as toys, using standardized interlocking assembly units. The construction device includes processor with a memory device configured to access an instruction set encoding the assembly instructions of the object. The processor executes the instruction set in order to control and direct an assembly unit manipulator to additively construct or assemble the object from the interlocking assembly units. The assembly units are configured with surface features that interconnect the assembly units such that once connected they are substantially permanently attached to one another.

摘要: An industrial data indexing system facilitates discovery and indexing of plant-wide data residing on multiple different data platforms. The indexing system automatically inventories industrial devices and other data sources located throughout a plant, and identifies available data items on each data source. The indexing system indexes the discovered data items in a federated data model that can subsequently be searched to locate data items or tags of interest. The federated data model records references to data items found on different types of data sources, including but not limited to industrial controller programs, human-machine interface applications, data historians, device documentation stores, inventory tracking systems, and other such data sources. The search system also caches selected portions of the data model to a user's personal device to allow these potions of the model to be accessed locally on the user's device without being online with the higher level indexing system.

In addition, the method includes transmitting, to the embedded device, a second response comprising the requested second information.
