    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a washing machine and a washing method, the washing machine comprises a washing tub and a pulsator at a bottom of the washing tub, the pulsator includes a pulsator disk and a plurality of stirring blades arranged on a surface of the pulsator disk. The pulsator disk is a disk-like structure with a bulge at center, each stirring blade extends from the center of the pulsator disk to an edge. A plurality of strip-shaped ribs are vertically arranged on an inner wall of the washing tub, there is a distance between an outside edge of the pulsator and a bottom edge of the inner wall of the washing tub. A tub bottom outer ring is arranged between the outside edge of the pulsator and the bottom edge of the inner wall of the washing tub. A junction of the tub bottom outer ring and the inner wall of the washing tub is circumferentially provided with a plurality of bumps projecting from the tub bottom outer ring and the inner wall of the washing tub. The washing machine is capable of saving wash water, increasing detergent concentration, increasing the frequency of up-and-down flipping, increasing the cleaning ratio and the uniformity of laundry cleanness, reducing wash time and tangling among laundries. With evenly distributed laundry in the tub during washing process, facilitating the stability of subsequent dehydration.

In a preferred embodiment, the driving shaft has a solar gear coupled thereto which rotates a satellite gear and over the upper face of the support and between the scrubbers a mini-propeller is provided, the satellite gear is coupled to an axis that rotates the mini-propeller.

    摘要: An automatic washing machine includes a wash basin having a plurality of apertures and an annular liquid reservoir formed at an upper portion of the basin. A plurality of flow channels are arranged around the exterior surface of the wash basin. The plurality of flow channels includes upward flow channels, configured for directing wash liquid extracted from the wash basin into the reservoir under centrifugal force generated in a spin cycle. The plurality of flow channels also includes downward flow channels configured for directing wash liquid from the reservoir to a central drain following the spin cycle. The arrangement avoids the need for an outer wash tub, and at the same time provides stabilization to the wash basin during high speed spins. In another aspect, the wash basin may include wash action ramps provided on a bottom surface of the wash basin and at an upper sidewall of the wash basin. The wash action ramps, in conjunction with a sequence of wash basin acceleration and deceleration cycles, induce an effective wash action, and circulation of the wash load, in lieu of a conventional central agitator.

    摘要: A vane shape for producing optimum washing action in vertical axis clothes washing machines including vanes located in the bottom of the tub or basket and shaped with radially canted edges which cause the fabric articles to be pulled and slid outwardly as the edge is rotated into the articles to establish a toroidal circulation within the tub. In a preferred embodiment, an oscillated agitator is provided with a series of vane pairs joined at the lower side to form a V-shaped trough with either upper edge of the vane pairs inclined to produce a net outward movement of the washed articles by alternate engagement with a respective upper edge of either vane blades upon alternate rotation into the load. The vane shapes are either mounted to an oscillating agitator, a rotary impeller, or integrally formed in an oscillating basket. An arrangement for attenuating the action of the vane shapes is provided either by movable intermediate spoiler vanes or the combination of a reduced size vane agitator is used for gentle wash loads, with a slip-over agitator having vanes of normal size. Variations in the vane arrangement include asymmetrically sized vane pairs which balance torque variations in the agitator drive mechanism, and a snap-in lint filter occupying the space between vane pairs; additional radially extending vanes which augment the circulating effect by drawing the clothing articles downwardly along the agitator post and into engagement with the vane shapes; and a vane shape for agitators which simplifies molding of the agitator.
