摘要： A covered gutter system comprising a covered gutter, mounting bracket and fittings a providing an elongate channel in which to receive water from an overhead water feed (such as a roof), wherein the water may from time to time be carrying solid content, said covered gutter comprising: a) a channel formation comprising front and rear walls upstanding from a base region to define a channel, and b) a cover formation extending from the rear wall of the channel formation and over the channel, there being an undercut portion of the cover which, together with an upper edge of the front wall of the channel, defines an elongate mouth opening along the gutter, and wherein said cover formation is adapted to guide water from the water feed through the mouth opening and into the channel, while assisting to deflect solid content away from the mouth opening. A bracket where the inside profile of the bracket corresponds with the outside profile of the covered gutter.

摘要： A pivotable gutter assembly for mounting below the bottom edge of a roof that uses a conventional gutter mounted for pivoting about a pivot axis from a normal upright position for receiving runoff from the roof to a downwardly inclined discharge position for discharge of leaves and other debris. The pivot axis is at or above the level of the rear wall of the gutter so that the rear wall can pivot rearwardly downwardly without being obstructed by the adjacent fascia of the building. The pivot axis is also located to the rear of the gutter from the center of front-to-rear weight distribution so that the gutter is urged against an attaching bracket to maintain the gutter in the normal upright position. The gutter is pivoted from the normal to the discharge position by a rod manipulated by an operator standing on the ground below the gutter.

摘要： A gutter retaining system incorporating a gutter clip with a gutter and retaining member. Retaining member is placed along the eaves. The gutter clip has L-portion and back portion. Back portion includes upper u-portion with hanger for slipping gutter clip over gutter for securing to gutter clip. Gutter clip has nib end with locking tip. Nib end fits within retaining member to secure gutter clip and gutter in place. L-portion fits between the gutter and building where an additional piece of board is included. The gutter clip is scored between the back portion and L-portion allowing separation if needed. A second embodiment provides a retaining member for use with metal flashing. Additional embodiments provided modified retaining members which permit the gutter system to be held against a building with straight fascia, slanted fascia, and trim board and which permit free floating attachment of a debris guard.

摘要： An expandable gutter bracket having a gutter support arm is connected to a centrally disposed onto mounting portion, or web, with two spaced apart flanges extending substantially perpendicularly from opposing edges of the mounting portion, in the direction opposite the gutter support arm. The distance between the flanges is selectively provided by the mounting portion to be approximately equal to the thickness of a rafter extension and may be substantially parallel or slightly angled in order to provide a frictional fit on a rafter extension. Various configurations of the mounting portion are provided to select the appropriate thickness, including a plurality of attachments that pass through the gutter support arm and connect to each end of the flanges or two respective halves of a two-piece web.

Each segment has an elongate mounting member on an edge opposite the hub member. There is also disclosed a wing member for a valley rafter assembly. The wing member has first and second elements secured together. Each of the elements comprises a portion of a mounting formation to which a glazing bar can be mounted. The components further include a bracket arrangement comprising a first bracket mountable on a first rafter assembly, and a second bracket mountable on a second rafter assembly. Securing means is provided to secure the first bracket to the second bracket.

摘要： An exposed rafter end is simulated by a frame and complementary sleeve. The frame is attached to a building eave and the sleeve is inserted over the frame. In an alternative embodiment, the sleeve is inserted over an exposed rafter end. In yet another embodiment, the simulated exposed roof rafter end comprises an architectural design at a distal end and a cradle at a proximal end having a shape which is complementary to the profile of a conventional rain gutter to thereby cradle the rain gutter and provide support thereto. The simulated exposed roof rafter end can also comprise a solid member without a cradle for use without a rain gutter system.
