摘要： A raking rail panel system includes a raking rail panel that is supported by four pivotable bracket assemblies. Each pivotable bracket assembly includes a rail support bracket that is hinged to a post bracket. Each post bracket is configured to be coupled to a vertical support post. The post brackets each include a gap filling portion that extends from a mounting face of the vertical support posts. The gap filling portions are sized to either fill a long or a short gap between an end baluster and the vertical support post. The four pivotable bracket assemblies facilitate drop-in installation of the rail panel pivoted in a range of rake angles.

摘要： A railing system comprising a first longitudinal rail portion defining a channel into which pickets are insertable at spaced intervals. Fasteners are used to pivotally connect the pickets to the channel for orientation to a desired angle with respect to the first longitudinal rail portion. A second longitudinal rail portion is fittable onto the first longitudinal rail portion to form an assembled rail member in which the channel and fasteners are concealed within the interior of the assembled rail member. The railing system provides a simple and efficient way to install railings, and is particularly suited for assembly of railings at an incline to the horizontal.

摘要： Various embodiments related to a tree guard are disclosed. One embodiment provides an L shaped breakaway bracket for use with a modular tree guard assembly. The L shaped breakaway bracket includes a horizontal member extending substantially perpendicularly from a vertical member, wherein the vertical member is thinner and longer than the horizontal member. At least one fastener hole is provided in the horizontal member for receiving a fastener for securing the horizontal member to a rail. At least one fastener hole is provided in the vertical member for receiving a fastener for securing the vertical member to a post. The breakaway bracket is adapted to break along the intersection of the horizontal member and the vertical member and separate the rail from the post when a force that would otherwise be sufficient to deform the rail is applied to the rail.

摘要： The present invention discloses a direct-insertion baluster connecting device, including a fence frame and a plurality of balusters uniformly arranged within the fence frame; the fence frame is a square frame jointly consisting of two vertical posts, an upper rail and a lower rail; the fence frame and the balusters are all hollow tubes; and a plurality of rivet nuts are arranged about the lower end of each vertical post. The disclosed direct-insertion baluster connecting device can be used for the installed fence frame formed by the vertical posts, upper rail and lower rail, and then it only needs to directly insert the balusters and make connection in a specified manner. The whole connecting process is a welding-free process, and only needs manual assembly in a DIY manner, thus ensuring beauty and safety, as well as convenient and labor-saving assembly, and it can be accomplished without too much auxiliary work.

In a first embodiment, a railing system includes a cap member having a cap flange that detachably couples with the cap connector on the upper core member. The cap member forms an enclosed conduit between the cap member and the upper core member. In a second embodiment, a kit for fabricating a railing span is contained in a packaging. The kit includes an upper core member and lower core member having selected lengths and a plurality of balusters for connection between the upper and lower core members. In a third aspect of the invention, a method of routing an opening for a baluster used in an inclined railing structure includes the step of plunging a router bit into a side of a component at an angle based on the installed angle of the inclined railing structure.
