摘要： A roofing bracket is configured to securely and removeably attach to a standing seam of a roofing panel. The roofing bracket has a first section and a plurality of second sections, each section having a base that defines a top and bottom face. A pressure clamping device extends between the first section and each of the plurality of second sections. A plank support system is selectively mountable onto the first section and configured to receive and retain a plank therein. The plank support system defines a plank support face and an angle lift mechanism configured to place a plank in a substantially horizontal position. A clamping adjustment mechanism is mounted onto each of the plurality of second sections and is configured to apply a torque to the first section and each of the second sections.

摘要： The roof jacking seat system is inclusive of a seat pivotally oriented with respect to a wheeled frame such that said seat can adjust in accommodation of different roof pitches. The system is for the support of an end user atop of said roof during roof shingle removal processes. The frame includes a winching means having a cable and hook for engagement onto a roof ridge such that the entire system may be driven up or down a side of said roof. The frame includes a plurality of wheels in parallel orientation thereby enabling movement along a single axis. Pivoting means enables adjustment of the seat at different angles with respect to the frame. The frame may include along a distal end, a footrest for use by the end user.

摘要： A platform including an upper deck and a lower deck longer than the upper deck, both being constructed of a light-weight sturdy material. The edges of the upper deck extend downward and the edges of the lower deck extend upward. The decks are hinged together at the forward edge of the platform, which comes in contact with the roof. Male-female sleeves are attached to the inner parts of the sides and support pieces of both decks to provide support. The sleeves adjust so the platform can accommodate varying roof pitches. The bottom surface of the lower deck is covered in non-skid material to provide adhesion to the roof. The forward edge of the lower deck has extensions with holes so the platform can be secured to the roof with screws or nails.

摘要： A roof attachment apparatus for being mounted on a roof having at least one standing seam. The apparatus comprises a plurality of base plates for being disposed on opposite sides of the standing seam on a surface of the roof, a platform support member for supporting at least one scaffolding plank, and plural support bars. The support bars are orientated so as to enable a downward force applied to the platform support member (e.g., as a result of the weight of plank(s) and/or a worker) and transferred to the support bars to be directionally distributed to the first and second base plates in a manner which causes those base plates to displace towards one another and clamp the standing seam. In this manner, the apparatus is maintained in a stationary position for supporting scaffolding planks on the roof, regardless of the roof pitch.

摘要： There are many aspects of the Roof Rack for Plywood that are new to the industry that it is intended for use. The most apparent benefit of this invention is that I have improved upon a long used wooden rack built by contractors to hold plywood level on the slope of a rooftop. These racks are normally built from materials on the jobsite, wood that will now be discarded at the end of the job, as it is no longer useful. The Roof Rack for Plywood is a reusable, lightweight, easily installed or removed, adjustable version of that same rack. Roof Rack for Plywood will be both safer and more economical for contractors; it is studier than the traditional wooden racks and will eliminate the need to waste time and materials building the wooden racks currently in use.
