摘要： The mounting frame arrangement is assembled from profile frame sections and connectors and is used for control panel assemblies, for component racks and holders, in household wiring, for equipment cabinets, and the like. On the four-sided (preferably square) hollow profile, one side has a longitudinal slit and at least the two adjoining sides each have openings opposite one another and distributed at regular intervals. The disconnectable connectors have two pairs of legs opposite one another and spaced apart by an adjustable distance, which are insertable in a form-locking manner into the interior of the profile. By being spread apart by spreader devices, the legs are made to contact opposed inside walls of the profile. At the same time, as locking means for preventing longitudinal displacement, detent protrusions come to engage the openings. A transverse groove for the same purpose is also possible on the outsides of the legs and on the inside of the profile. Several variant profiles and connectors as well as specific embodiments of the spreader devices are described.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to configurable stacking chairs having a standard seat base frame design to which different interchangeable seat backs can be quickly and easily attached. The seat base frames and the interchangeable seat backs may include corresponding quick-connect features that allow selective attachment therebetween. The interchangeable seat backs may be attached to a standard seat base frame via a magnetic connection. Each interchangeable seat back can have a different unique design allowing for a quick change of appearance by exchanging one interchangeable seat back design for another. The interchangeable seat backs and the standard seat base frames can be stored separately and take up less space than completely assembled or fixed back chairs.

摘要： A method of joining a first sheet-metal member to a second sheet-metal member in a right-angle relationship using an H-shaped interlocking member. An opening is provided near an edge of the second sheet metal member with a channel communicating the opening and the edge. The opening is sufficiently wide to allow the H-shaped member to be rotated therein so as to allow the upper and lower slots of the H-shaped member to engage with the second sheet-metal member. A tapped hole is provided in the center section of the H-shaped member, aligned with the channel, so as to allow a screw to be inserted through a hole on the first sheet-metal member and then the channel to engage with the tapped hole. After the screw is tightened, the surface of the first sheet metal member is securely joined to the edge of the second sheet metal member.

摘要： A connector assembly for connecting components of knockdown furniture includes two connector blocks which are rigidly mountable on the furniture components, and a tapered pin which interconnects the two connector blocks. Each connector block includes parallel tongues which are rigidly supported on a base plate in spaced apart relation. The tongues of each connector block are positioned in the spaces between the tongues of the other connector block. Each tongue has a tapered pin-receiving opening which is aligned with the openings of the other tongues. The transverse dimensions of these openings decrease progressively from one tongue to another. The tapered pin extends through the pin-receiving openings and it frictionally engages the tongues with sufficient friction to prevent movement of the tapered pin relative to both connector blocks. The tongues of each connector block have edges which abut the base of the other connector block and are shaped to prevent relative pivoting movement between the connector blocks.
