    摘要: The equipment of the invention includes a boiler, a hot water storage tank, a duct for supplying domestic cold water, and a duct for tapping domestic hot water, wherein said equipment is characterized in that the duct for supplying cold water comprises a T-shaped connector connected by a duct provided with a storage vessel to a re-circulation duct connecting the tank to the inlet duct, provided with a pump, of the boiler, and in that the outlet duct of the boiler is provided with a three-way valve connected by a by pass duct to said T-shaped connector, wherein said valve can selectively assume a position in which it ensures communication between the boiler outlet and the central portion of the tank, or a position in which it ensures communication between the boiler outlet and said bypass duct.

    摘要: A freeze forecasting device for a hot water heating apparatus, for forecasting a possibility of freeze of water in a water passage circuit due to reduction in outside air temperature at a forecast target time on a forecast target day, the device comprising: a clock portion for automatically computing current year, month, day, and time; an outside air temperature sensor; an outside air temperature history storage portion for storing outside air temperatures for at least one year based on outputs from the clock portion and the outside air temperature sensor; a retrieval portion for retrieving a past outside air temperature in a time zone including a time identical to the forecast target time in a past year, month, and day corresponding to the year, month, and day of the forecast target day or a day before or after the forecast target day, from the outside air temperature history storage portion; and a forecasting portion for determining whether the retrieved past outside air temperature is not higher than a freezing critical temperature of the water in the water passage circuit and forecasting the possibility of freeze of the water in the water passage circuit at the forecast target time on the forecast target day.

    摘要: The objective of the present invention is to provide a hot water-centered hot water and heating combination boiler, in which heat exchange for a hot water supply is performed in a main heat exchanger and heat exchange for a heating water supply is performed in an auxiliary heat exchanger so that the hot water supply can be accelerated, energy can be saved, and the temperature of the hot water can be controlled with ease. To achieve the abovementioned objective, the boiler of the present invention includes: a cold water inflow tube through which cold water flows in; a main heat exchanger which heats the cold water flowing in through the cold water inflow tube by using the combustion heat of a burner; a hot water discharge tube which discharges the hot water heated in the main heat exchanger; an auxiliary heat exchanger which supplies heating water during a heating mode, in which heating consumption place, and causes heat exchange to occur between the heated water in the main heat exchanger and the lowered temperature returning water, in which the heating consumption place; and a control part which controls the combustion of the burner during a hot water mode and heating mode.

The first combustion section and the second combustion section are partitioned from each other by a partition wall and juxtaposed in a lateral direction. The machine includes a first auxiliary heat exchanger and a second auxiliary heat exchanger both of a latent heat recovery type connected to upstream sides of the first main heat exchanger and the second main heat exchanger, respectively. An exhaust system can be miniaturized and simplified in spite of provision of the auxiliary heat exchangers.
