    摘要: In the first aspect of the invention, there is provided a wristwatch case having a pipe joined and fixed thereto, the wristwatch case and the pipe having substantially no junction interface A method of fixing a pipe to a wristwatch case for obtaining this structure comprises the steps of providing a wristwatch case with a through-hole; press fitting a pipe exhibiting a through-hole/pipe press-fit overlap width (namely, outside diameter of the pipe minus diameter of the through-hole) of greater than 0 mm in the through-hole; and heating the wristwatch case after the press fitting. In the second aspect of the invention, there is provided a wristwatch case having a pipe, the wristwatch case and the pipe joined and fixed to each other through a diffusion layer. A method of fixing a pipe to a wristwatch case for obtaining this structure comprises the steps of providing a wristwatch case with a through-hole; press fitting a pipe having its surface furnished with a metallic coating, which exhibits a through-hole/pipe press-fit overlap width (namely, outside diameter of the pipe having its surface furnished with a metallic coating minus diameter of the through-hole) of not less than 0 mm, in the through-hole; and heating the wristwatch case after the press fitting in vacuum or a reducing gas.

    摘要: A winding stem bearing assembly for use in a watch having an injection molded plastic bearing made as an integral, unitary block with precision molded cavities therein for mounting components in the assembly. A winding stem is rotatably supported in an elongated cavity and a bearing pin and is retained with a part thereof housed in the bearing cavity by a bent part of a setting lever. A winding stem pinion is housed in a cavity in the bearing block and has a central opening through which the winding stem extends and is coupled thereto for joint rotation. A barrel and train-wheel bridge and plate are mounted on opposite sides of the bearing block which functions as their support and as a spacer. The bearing assembly requires no lubrication.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a metal wheel rotation device, comprising a watch body, which is provided with a watch case face cover and a watch case bottom cover at the upper and lower ends respectively, a watch case middle frame is fixedly arranged between the watch case face cover and the watch case bottom cover, a watch movement is sleeved in the watch case middle frame, and the watch movement is engaged in the watch case middle frame; an adjustment structure is provided in the middle position of one side of the watch case middle frame corresponding to a watch movement button, the adjustment structure is fixedly connected to the watch case middle frame by screws. This design transfers the adjustment structure of the watch case to the middle position. A rotating structure is composed of a rubber ring, a threaded rod metal structure and an external handle head. The rotating structure drives the watch movement to adjust and rotate. The ferrule is combined on the threaded rod metal structure, and the ferrule mainly serves as an adsorption and anti-slip effect, so that the original adjustment structure of the watch movement can be driven to rotate simultaneously when the external handle head rotates. The adjustment structure of the present disclosure is more convenient to use and has a more symmetrical appearance.
