摘要： A method and an apparatus for determining a product manufacturing program, a device and a storage medium are provided. According to an information identifier configured for describing target key information of the product manufacturing requirement of the target user, a first product manufacturing program with the same information identifier as the target key information is determined from a product manufacturing program library; an operating parameter of a product manufacturing device when manufacturing the target product is input into the first product manufacturing program to simulate manufacturing of the target product, to obtain a first product parameter of a first product obtained, and the first product parameter is compared with a standard product parameter to obtain a first comparison result; when the first product parameter is same as the standard product parameter, the first product manufacturing program is determined as a first target product manufacturing program.

摘要： An expert manufacturing system generates a manufacturing plan for producing a part in an automated manufacturing system. The expert manufacturing system generates a multipurpose manufacturing geometry definitions file. The expert manufacturing system includes a rule-based expert system which uses the manufacturing geometry definitions file to generate the manufacturing plan in the form of a neutral source code file. The neutral source code is converted to machine-specific program code directly executable by a device controller, such as a logic controller or motion controller. The expert manufacturing system also includes a parametric drawing generation program for generating drawing of the part, and a computer simulation program for simulating the manufacturing plan for producing the part.

摘要： Disclosed is a tape preparation system for preparing tapes used to operate numerically controlled devices such as machine tools. The preferred embodiment of the system generates punched tapes by visually dislaying and guiding an unskilled operator through the steps necessary for error-free numerical control programming. The system consists of a computer interconnected to a visual display front panel through an interface logic module. A data terminal such as a Teletype ASR 33TY, functions as a tape punch, tape reader, printer and keyboard input console for operator communication with the remainder of the system.The system computer is programmed to generate data words and address codes corresponding to the locations of a predetermined series of ordinary English messages which are stored in several visual display modules housed in the visual display front panel. At each step of the computer program progression, an ordinary English message is displayed which describes numeric information needed or suggests, by interrogation or command, the next machine instruction which, if appropriate, should at that time be entered in the program for subsequent punched tape recording. The unskilled operator enters needed information and accepts or rejects each suggested instruction by depressing one or more keys of the data terminal whereafter a new message determined by the operator's prior response is displayed. Should the operator define an unusable or redundant instruction an appropriate message is displayed informing the operator that an error has been made.
