摘要： A modular sign consists of an H-shaped metal frame. The pointed legs can be driven into the earth by stepping on the cross rail. Plastic side tubes are slid over the upper arms of the H. The tubes have slots cut through the side partway down from the top; the edges of a sign board are inserted into them. The top and bottom edges of the sign board are inserted into slots cut into the sides of a top and bottom tube, respectively. The ends of the top and bottom tubes are inserted into holes bored through the side tubes, which are of larger diameter than the top and bottom tubes. Thus the sign board's edges are completely covered by the tubes. For extra strength the top tube may be fastened to the side tubes at either end. For indoor use, the lower frame legs are slid into feet in the shape of an inverted T for stability.

摘要： An outdoor sign post apparatus adapted for selective assembly and disassembly, utilizes an anchor ground rod, a base post member with a central longitudinal opening for mounting on the ground rod, an extension post member for telescopical mounting to the base post member in alignment therewith, and a cross post member compatibly notched with the extension post member for mounting thereto in substantially perpendicular relationship. The components of the sign post apparatus are easy to erect and dismantle and to readily transport so as to facilitate repeated temporary use thereof.

摘要： A building set for the setting up of a rectangular, upright plate forming the basis for adhered text comprises: (a) two uniform, rectangular plate sections (1,2) with tracks (3,4), dovetailed in cross-section, on the internal sides facing each other, (b) at least one split locking means (5) whose parts (6 and 7) can be inserted into the tracks (3,4) and, upon displacement transversely to the tracks (3,4), fix by wedge effect the two plate sections (1,2) around (c) a vertical end profile (9,10) at either end of the sign. One or both of the end profiles (10) may form a carrier means (13) for the sign, and said carrier means (13) is capable of carrying several signs. This obviates the problem of disfiguring screws, bolts or the like on the vertical side faces of the plate as the two parts (6 and 7) of the locking means (5) may be mutually displaced transversely to the tracks (3,4) by means of screws which are concealed in the space between the plate sections (1,2).

摘要： A sign mounting for mounting a sign on top of a barrier post that includes a body having an inner side for positioning against a barrier post and an outer side for supporting a sign; and a mounting channel formed on the inner side of the body. The mounting channel allows the sign mounting to be mounted onto and supported by a spline of the barrier post. The mounting channel is open at a lower end and closed at an upper end and has a relatively narrow vertical opening at an inner side extending from the lower end to the upper end for a spline to extend through, and a relatively wider inner portion extending laterally beyond the opening on each side of the vertical opening within which a spline can be positioned. The sign mounting may form part of a mounting kit that includes a barrier post.
