In addition, printing a graphic directly to the back surface of a face panel may help to eliminate the possibility that the graphic will be wrinkled, torn, or otherwise damaged prior to being laminated on the back surface of a face panel. Implementations of the present invention may also make the manufacturing process more efficient both in terms of cost and time.

The adhesive decal is capable of adhering to at least one of a plurality of posts that make up the facemasks. The sides of the adhesive decal are cut to form a series of repeated patterns. The cut of the adhesive decals allows the decal to adhere to the circumference of the posts without causing or significantly reducing any dimpling or puckering of the adhesive decal.
