摘要: A probe cleaning sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes material preparing step, first printing step, first baking step, first cooling step, second printing step, second baking step, and second cooling step. The probe cleaning sheet includes a silicone glass fiber cloth layer and an abrasive layer set printed on one side of the silicone glass fiber cloth layer. The silicone glass fiber cloth layer includes a plurality of glass fibers and silicone, the silicone is coated on the surface of the glass fibers and in the gap between the glass fibers. The abrasive layer set includes a high-density abrasive layer printed on one side of the silicone glass fiber cloth layer and a low-density abrasive layer printed on the top surface of the high-density abrasive layer and is opposite to the silicone glass fiber cloth layer.

摘要: A layered device having two base films, a conductive pattern attached to the first base film facing the second base film and a bonding layer binding the first base film and the second base film together. The bonding layer includes an opening, and the conductive pattern having an exposed portion aligned with the opening in the bonding layer. Further disclosed is a spacer attached to the first base film and the exposed portion of the conductive pattern, wherein the spacer fills at least part of the space created by the opening in the bonding layer. Also disclosed is a method of producing a layered device.

The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

摘要: A decorative, nonwoven laminate and a method of forming, including a first side of a first nonwoven affixed to one or both of a) a first side of a polymeric sheet or b) a second nonwoven, wherein the first nonwoven exhibits a basis weight of 15 g/m2 to 2500 g/m2 and the second nonwoven exhibits a basis weight of 15 g/m2 to 1200 g/m2; and a colorant deposited on a second side of the first nonwoven. A topical coating may or may not be applied to improve durability of the printed surface layer. The decorative nonwoven laminate may also amount to a single layer of the first nonwoven, which then includes a layer of colorant and a topical coating over the colorant and single nonwoven layer.

摘要: A method of fabricating a portion of magnetically controlled signal distribution device includes receiving a substrate and screen printing a low-k dielectric spacer over an upper surface of the surface from a low-k dielectric paste. The method also includes firing the substrate after the spacer has been screen printed thereon, forming an adhesive layer on top of the spacer and securing a magnet to a top of the adhesive layer.
