    摘要: A DVD navigator based on a vehicle-mounted terminal is disclosed. The DVD navigator includes: a menu panel module, configured to generate a first level in response to reception of an unload instruction; and a quick-unload module, configured to acquire the first level in a sleep state of the DVD navigator and process the first level to generate a second level and a pulse signal so as to control the DVD navigator to quickly unload a disc according to the second level in the sleep state. By the aforesaid way, the present disclosure can effectively reduce the unload time of the DVD navigator by controlling the DVD navigator to quickly unload a disc in the sleep state after receiving the unload instruction.

The rotation stop mechanism 5 includes a lever 6 rotatably supported on the casing body and having a contact section 631 contacting with the disc 4 when the cover section is opened; a biasing unit 7 provided on the lever 6 for biasing the contact section 631 toward an edge face of the disc 4; and a first releasing unit 13B provided in a protruding state on the cover section, the releasing unit 13B contacting with the lever 6 to rotate the lever 6 for releasing contact between the contact section 631 and the disc 4 when the cover section is closed. The contact section 631 has a contact face 632 inclined against the rotational tangent direction of the disc 4.

These drives come in all form factors and combine high storage capacity and performance with low power consumption and portable operation. One component of the integrated drives is the base upon which all components and assemblies of the HDD have been mounted to produce a Drive-On-A-Substrate. A cover mounts to the base and separates each component and assembly into isolated compartments that can be evacuated of air and refilled with inert gases for improved performance and reliability. A first embodiment of the invention involves a method to manufacture a base. A second embodiment of the invention involves a method to manufacture an integrated battery powered hard disk drive portion on a base. A third embodiment involves a method to assemble an integrated battery powered hard disk drive.
