    摘要: A dielectric resonator is arranged such that an upper electrode 4a and a lower electrode 4b are disposed on both surfaces of a dielectric substrate 1 that has an interior metallized layer inside thereof, which is formed with a resonance aperture area 3. A dielectric filter is produced by arranging a plurality of rows of the dielectric resonators, and using a multilayer-type waveguide 6 formed by lines of via conductors for signal input and output. This dielectric filter allows the accuracy for designing resonant frequencies to be greatly improved and the production process to be simplified.

    摘要: A high-frequency circuit device includes a dielectric member 1, a shielding conductor 2 surrounding the dielectric member 1, a support member 3 for fixing and supporting the dielectric member 1, and a pair of transmission lines 4 each of which is formed of a microstrip-line. Each of the transmission lines includes a substrate 6 formed of a dielectric material, a strip conductor 5, and an earth conductor layer 9. An end portion of the strip conductor 5 faces part of the dielectric member 1 and functions as a coupling probe for input/output coupling. Each of the transmission lines 4 is formed of a strip line, a mictostrip line, a coplanar line or the like, and has low-loss when connected to a circuit board.

    摘要: A dielectric filter includes a case, a substrate having microstrip lines formed thereon, and a dielectric plate having non-electrode parts serving as dielectric resonators. The case includes a supporting part for supporting the lower surface of the dielectric plate and includes a side wall surrounding the side faces of the dielectric plate wherein the supporting part and the side wall are formed in an integral fashion. The substrate is bonded to the case and the dielectric plate is mounted on the supporting part of the case. A metal cover is then placed on the case such that the opening of the case is closed with the cover. In the dielectric filter constructed in the above-described manner, warping of the case for supporting the dielectric plate is suppressed and thus the stress exerted on the dielectric plate is reduced. As a result, the dielectric plate is prevented from being separated from the case and also prevented from having a crack. The above-described structure also allows the dielectric filter to be formed into a small size. The invention also provides a duplexer and a communication device using such a dielectric filter.

    摘要: A dielectric resonator device includes a dielectric substrate. Electrode films are formed on the front and back surfaces of the dielectric substrate, respectively. A TE010-mode resonator is constituted by two circular openings which oppose each other and which are formed in the electrode films. Two opposing slots formed in the electrode films constitute a planar dielectric transmission line (PDTL). The PDTL is connected to the TE010-mode resonator. An excitation section is formed by extending two portions of each electrode film on two side of each slot into each opening.

In this arrangement, on each main surface of a dielectric plate are disposed an electrode having mutually opposing openings, which serve as a rectangular-slot mode dielectric resonator; in which the length of the resonator is longer than the half-wave length in the resonant frequency used so as to resonate in a higher mode.

The dielectric filter includes an upper case and a lower case, a dielectric substrate, an electrode formed on mutually opposing surfaces thereof, and a plurality of pairs of openings formed in the electrodes on the two opposing surfaces, so as to form a plurality of dielectric resonators, and input-output couplers for coupling to each of an input-stage dielectric resonator and an output-stage dielectric resonator among the plurality of dielectric resonators. In the input-stage and output-stage dielectric resonators, the opening of the electrode is rectangular or polygonal, whereas in at least one of the dielectric resonators other than the input-stage and output-stage dielectric resonators, it is substantially circular.
