    摘要: The invention provides. a dielectric resonator for example in the TE010 mode characterized in that electrodes are formed on both principal surfaces of a dielectric plate in such a manner that influence of spurious waves propagating in a space between the electrodes and a conductive plate is prevented thus preventing the reduction in Qo and degradation in the attenuation characteristic in the frequency ranges outside the passband. The inner diameter of the cavity is selected such that when the cavity is regarded as a waveguide the cutoff frequency of the waveguide becomes higher than the resonant frequency of a resonance region and such that the inner diameter of the cavity is greater than a non-electrode part.

    摘要: In a dielectric resonator device, electrodes having electrode non-formation sections opposite to each other and having substantially the same shape and size are formed on the opposite main faces of a dielectric plate. The portion of the dielectric plate sandwiched between the electrode non-formation sections opposite to each other is used as a dielectric resonator section. Further, the characteristics of the dielectric resonator device are adjusted by attaching dielectric chips inside of the dielectric resonator section or between adjacent dielectric resonator sections.

    摘要: A dielectric resonator device having characteristics of a plane circuit type dielectric resonator device applicable to miniaturization. Non-loading QD of a resonator is increased so as to decrease insertion loss in the case of forming a band pass filter, or the like. Changes in filter characteristics with respect to changes in structural dimensions of the length of the resonator, the gap between the resonators, or the like, are reduced. There is an increase in the freedom in adjustment of resonant frequency to enhance production efficiency. In this arrangement, on each main surface of a dielectric plate is disposed an electrode having mutually opposing openings, which serve as a rectangular-slot mode dielectric resonator; in which the length of the resonator is longer than a half-wave length at the resonant frequency being used so as to resonate in a higher mode.

    摘要: In a dielectric filter in which electrodes are formed on both principal planes of a dielectric plate while pairs of electrode non-formed portions having substantially the same shape are defined in the electrodes in opposing relation, areas positioned between the pairs of opposing electrode non-formed portions serve as resonance areas, coupling members are provided to be coupled with the resonance areas, and a cavity is provided to define a space surrounding the resonance areas and the coupling members, a signal is prevented from propagating in the parallel plate mode through a waveguide path formed between electrodes formed on both principal planes of the base plate serving as part of a cavity. Electrodes are formed on both principal planes of a dielectric plate (3) with pairs of electrode non-formed portions (4a, 4b, 4c, etc.) defined in the electrodes in opposing relation so that areas positioned between the electrode non-formed portions serve as resonance areas. Microstrip lines (9, 10) are provided on an upper surface of a base plate (6), and an electrode (11) is formed in spaced relation from the microstrip lines (9, 10) by a predetermined distance. Through holes (13) for making electrical conduction between the electrodes formed on both principal planes of the base plate (6) are bored in the base plate in array.

    摘要: A dielectric resonator apparatus includes a plurality of TM double-mode dielectric resonators. Each dielectric resonator has a dielectric rod-complex, a casing provided with electrically conductive film at the outside surfaces, and metal panels covering the upper and lower openings of the casing. In adjacent TM double-mode dielectric resonators, at portions of the planes of the two casings opposing each other, apertures are provided in the direction of the magnetic field generated by two dielectric rods which have the same axial direction. A coupling member is also provided so as to form an electrically conductive loop which goes across the magnetic field.

    摘要: An image intensifier having a CsI phosphor input screen. The input screen comprises a substrate of aluminum, a plurality of small mosaic blocks secured on the substrate, a plurality of grooves intervening between adjacent blocks, a plurality of metallic protrusions formed on the grooves, a plurality of phosphor blocks grown on the mosaic blocks and optically isolated from each other by the protrusions and a photocathode deposited on the phosphor blocks. The metallic protrusions cause a phosphor layer when deposited on the mosaic blocks to divide without cracking into the plurality of phosphor blocks. The upper surface of the divided layer is even, permitting the photocathode film to be deposited thereon.
