    摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing a rotating electric DC machine, where the main pole of the machine and the slots formed in it for the compensating winding are formed or placed in such a way that the slots are moved radially outward from the center of the stator to provide for an optimal increase in rotor diameter. In accordance with the invention, space is provided for the compensating winding to leave the slots in the main pole by making coil ends (4A) on the main coil (4) of the respective main pole tapered in the radially outward direction. In another alternative or complementary embodiment of the invention, additional space is created for the compensating winding where it leaves the slots by angling the coil ends (4Anull) of the main coil radially outward.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing electrical windings, according to which it is possible to manufacture, with high efficiency, the electrical windings differing in function and capable of performing the functions required of the respective windings. In the steps of forming the windings by winding the conductors and applying insulation on the windings, there are formed the insulating layers 12, 22 and 32 suitable for the respective types of windings, viz. main pole coil 10, interpole coil 20 and compensating coils 30, and a same impregnating resin is impregnated and hardened in each of said main pole coil 10, interpole coil 20 and compensating coils 30.
