    摘要: A shrink-fit chuck having a receiving body, a receiving opening for a tool shank, arranged in the receiving body, an accumulation and collection chamber arranged in the front region of the receiving opening and at least one coolant supply channel leading to the accumulation and collection chamber. The accumulation and collection chamber is delimited to the front by a ring bar arranged at the front end of the receiving opening. The internal diameter of the ring bar is adjusted to the internal diameter of the receiving opening in such a manner that as small an annular gap as possible exists between the ring bar and the tool shank. A plurality of outlet openings are provided in the ring bar for discharging to the outside a coolant routed via the coolant supply channel into the accumulation and collection chamber.

    摘要: A shrink-fit chuck tool holder which comprises: clamping means which are provided centrally with respect to an axis of rotation of the tool holder for holding a shank of a rotary tool, and which define a receiving opening for the shank. The clamping means can be displaced in the radial direction between a release position for insertion or removal of the shank and a clamping position. The clamping means are assigned a clamping surface with a cylindrical contour which, in the clamping position, bears against the outer circumferential surface of the shank. The clamping surface has a helical groove surrounding the axis of rotation or a multiplicity of annular grooves surrounding the axis of rotation, which as seen in the direction of the axis of rotation project towards the axis of rotation and the roof surfaces of which form the clamping surface.

A flange shaft body is driven to rotate relatively to the outer annular body and the inner annular body via a plurality of balls. The balls are held by the flange shaft body and pressed towards notches of the outer annular body and the inner annular body with urging forces of first and second urging members via holding members respectively.

    摘要: A drill wrench for driving drill steels, drill bits, and bolts during drilling and bolting operations is disclosed. The drill wrench may include an internal driver for driving a drill steel. The internal driver may be inserted in an internal-drive recess defined within an end of the drill steel. When the drill wrench is rotated, the internal driver may drive the drill steel by engaging at least one surface within the end of the drill steel. The drill wrench may also include an external support member that supports the drill steel during drilling. The external support member may also drive the drill steel by engaging an outer peripheral portion of the drill steel when the drill wrench is rotated.

    摘要: A shrink fit tool holder includes a shank or body that includes a tool holder portion, a flange member, a tapered outer surface that generally corresponds to a tapered bore of a spindle, and a central bore or aperture for accommodating a cutting tool. The central bore includes a plurality of grooves formed in a predetermined pattern that decrease a surface contact area between the tool holder portion and the cutting tool, thereby reducing an amount of conductive heat transfer between the tool holder portion and the cutting tool. As a result, there is less expansion in the tool shank relative to the tool holder.
