    摘要: A chuck with a chuck body having a guide opening and an actuating element, and with at least one interchangeable clamp that can be inserted into the guide opening. The clamp has associated therewith a rotary disk with a blocking element that secures the rotary disk against rotation relative to the chuck body during insertion of the clamp into the guide opening. This makes it possible that, upon a rotation of the clamp about the longitudinal axis in the guide opening, a segment can be displaced outward toward the chuck body by the rotation relative to the rotary disk, via which the clamp is detachably secured on the chuck body. A clamp with a clamp body, a pivot body located in the clamp body, and a chucking element is also provided. The clamp has, at the opposite end of the clamping element, a locking unit that carries the pivot body.

    摘要: A robot quick-release assembly has a first joint member and a robot component mounted thereon, the first joint member has a first coupler and a second joint member, a robot arm mounted thereon, has a second coupler, a clamp, and a locking collar. The first coupler can be coaxially aligned with the second coupler and pressed into the second joint member, and detachably connected to the second joint member. The first mechanical coupler is detachably connected to the second mechanical coupler for transferring power across the quick-release assembly. The robot component can receive an additional electrical connector, the additional electrical connector supplying power to the robot component. The quick-release assembly coupling assembly further exerts large forces with the application of a relatively small torque to the locking collar by applying a two stage wedge engagement and can further include a sequencing system.

One first abutting surface of the two abutting surfaces is designed essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the drilling tool and the first abutting surface serves to transmit the torque.

    摘要: A tool clamping mechanism connects a first member to a second member. The first member has a cylindrical stem with a coupling tooth projecting from the stem. The second member has a clamping cavity formed by the union of a gripping bore and an access hole. The access hole has an access bore and a tooth access hole formed to accommodate the stem and the coupling tooth respectively. The stem diameter of the stem is larger than the gripping bore diameter of the gripping bore. The clamping cavity further has a coupling recess for accommodating the coupling tooth. The coupling recess has a drive surface for engaging a driven surface located on the coupling tooth to create a force which pushes the stem from the access bore into the gripping bore and helps prevent separation of the two members.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an arbor chuck workholding assembly comprising an arbor chuck (2), outer ring (6), clamp ring (8) and backing ring (10). The arbor chuck comprises a plurality of holding angle lugs (18) and ejecting angle lugs (20) located about its periphery. The outer ring (6) comprises a plurality of complementary holding angle ramps (22) and ejecting angle ramps (24) located on its inner diameter surface. A machine spindle (4) is rotated to engage the holding angled lugs (18) with the holding angle ramps (22) such that the arbor chuck will be drawn into position against the spindle. For disengaging, a reverse rotation of the spindle will result in ejecting angle ramps (24) engaging ejecting angle lugs(20) to loosen the arbor chuck from the spindle. Therefore, no tools are required to secure the arbor chuck to the machine spindle.
