    摘要: The present disclosure provides a high-efficiency and low-damage potato combine harvester, including a digging device, a conveyance and separation device, a separation and elevation reversing device, a potato collection box, and a control unit. The digging device is provided at a front end of the potato combine harvester. The conveyance and separation device is provided behind the digging device, and configured to perform preliminary conveyance and separation on a potato-soil-stem mixture dug by the digging device. The separation and elevation reversing device is provided at a side of the conveyance and separation device, and configured to separate the potato-soil-stem mixture from the conveyance and separation device and elevate potatoes to the potato collection box. The potato collection box is located at a tail end of the separation and elevation reversing device, and configured to load the potatoes and feed weight information of carried potatoes back to the control unit.

    摘要: A feed system for a biomass collection device uses a conveyor for dropping a flow comprising a mixture of denser or heavier biomass to be collected such as cobs, and less dense or lighter biomass residue such as leaf trash, through a space, and rotary feed apparatus below for receiving the flow, operable for propelling the received flow into a collection device, in combination with a fan configured and operable for directing a flow of air along a second path intersecting the first path in a manner to divert at least a substantial portion of the less dense or lighter biomass residue away from the feed apparatus, while allowing substantially all of the denser or heavier biomass to continue along the first path to the feed apparatus for feeding into the collection device. Distribution apparatus along the second path can then be used to spread the diverted biomass.

The coupler includes a driver component and associated driver cog coupled to the first auger segment. A driven component and associated driven cog is coupled to the second auger segment. The driven cog is rotationally engaged by the driver cog to transmit rotational drive from the first auger segment to the second auger segment. A friction clutch is configured in-line between the driver component and driven component and rotationally couples the driver component to the driven up to a release torque value wherein the friction clutch disengages the driver component from the driven component.

    摘要: The grain holding bin of a combine harvester can be rapidly unloaded either on-the-go or at a standstill by an inclined unloading conveyor having its intake end at a low point in the bin adjacent the far side of the bin. The unloading conveyor extends gradually upwardly and outwardly in a straight line from its intake end to a point above and beyond the opposite side of the bin to provide a straight, unrestricted run for grain being unloaded without twists, turns and significant breaks in auger flighting. The outer end of the unloading conveyor can be pivoted back into a rearwardly extending transport position about a simple generally upright pivot hinge. The driving connection between inner and outer portions of the interior auger of the unloading conveyor is automatically re-established as the outer section of the unloading conveyor is returned to its unloading position, notwithstanding the fact that the unsupported inner end of the outer auger section drops slightly out of concentricity with its surrounding tubular housing when the outer conveyor section is in its transport position.

    摘要: The apparatus for directing a flow of air and cotton from a cotton conveyor duct of a cotton harvester into a cotton receiver includes a cover member and a mounting element configured for mounting the cover member to a cotton conveyor duct for movement between a first position located at least partially in a path of a flow of air and cotton discharged through a discharge outlet of the duct, and a second position located adjacent to the path for directing the flow therealong. The cover member when in the first position is movable to the second position by a force exerted thereagainst by a flow of at least air discharged from the duct. A locking element of the apparatus is configured for automatically holding the cover member in the second position, the locking element being automatically operable for releasing the cover member when a downward force is applied thereagainst by the cotton receiver for moving the cover member to the first position.

    摘要: A root crop harvester includes a main frame, a plurality of digger wheels on the front of the main frame, conveyor means supported on the main frame to receive roots from the digger wheels and deliver the same to a transversely extending auger conveyor which moves the roots to a vertical auger conveyor. An additional conveyor mounted on the upper end of the vertical auger conveyor in root-receiving relationship therewith moves the roots laterally upwardly for deposit in a vehicle moving alongside the harvester. The additional conveyor is mounted for lateral movement on the upper end of the vertical auger conveyor so that it can be moved inwardly to a transport position.
