摘要： A screening belt unit is provided for a harvesting machine or harvested material transportation device and for screening extraneous material out of a mixture of harvested material and extraneous material. A screening belt has at least two endless carriers, preferably in the form of carrier belts or chains, between which screening bars are arranged in a direction transversely to the conveying direction. The screening bars form a plurality of screening bar units that comprise in each case at least two screening bars. At least a part of the screening bars is fixed so as to be movable relative to the endless carriers. The screening belt unit has a positioning means arranged at least locally along the screening belt and acts on the movable screening bars and via which, in the screening zone S as seen in the screening direction, a spacing A in the conveying direction F of successive screening bars is defined. Furthermore, a flap unit, a screening belt and a harvesting machine or a harvested material transportation device are provided.

摘要： A harvester for potatoes, beets and other root crops has digging shares arranged in a leading position in the travel direction of the harvester. A screen conveyor receiving a harvested mix and conveying the harvested mix in a conveying direction opposite to the travel direction is provided. The screen conveyor has a screen conveyor belt and guide elements supporting laterally the screen conveyor belt. The screen conveyor belt has a upwardly facing conveying stretch and a leading return pulley proximal to the digging shares. The conveying stretch forms a screening zone that, at least in the area of the leading return pulley, is oriented so as to ascend in the conveying direction. The screen conveyor belt is adjustable to different conveying slants in the area of the conveying stretch.

摘要： Rod belt for rod belt conveyors for agricultural machinery, having rods arranged transversely with respect to the running direction and parallel to one another. Rods at their ends are each connected to a fastening piece which has a flattened and perforated support area with which fastening piece rests on tensile stress-resistant, elastic, continuous belts extending in parallel and is connected by rivets or similar fastening elements which pass through support area and belts, and support area is formed in one piece with a fastening area for rod ends. The rod belt includes fastening pieces which have a simple design and are cost-effectively manufactured. Fastening pieces are designed as bends having a fastening area which, in relation to the installed position, is bent from the plane of support area toward the bottom side of belt and situated parallel to the inner side of belt.

摘要： An improved belted chain is described in which there are a plurality of pairs of chain rods secured to spaced-apart carriers and a central belt. The inner ends of the chain rods in each pair are aligned end-to-end with each other and then secured to the central belt. The outer ends are secured to the spaced-apart carriers. Preferably the central belt is composed of rubber. The chain rods in each pair are able to be flexed relative to each other without danger of breaking the rods.

摘要： A method and apparatus for producing conveyor belts having rigid carriers is proposed. The conveyor belts have elastic cover layers and are provided with fasteners that overlap the carriers to hold the same. The fasteners are first connected to the conveyor belt, whereupon the carriers are forced between the conveyor belt and the fasteners, accompanied by elastic deformation of the cover layer. This considerably simplifies the mounting and fixation of the carriers.
