Abstract: A transfer device for material such as cannabis is provided for use with a grinding device and includes a flexible sheet material formed or molded around a hollow interior to define a generally tubular body which has a base wall and two side walls standing upwardly from the base wall. One end of the generally tubular body forms a scraper edge where the sides are recessed to form a shovel area over the base. The other end of the body forms a pinch end where the side walls converge to an upper slot which can be squeezed together to close the slot in a pinching action so as to pinch the material within the hollow interior between the side walls for manual transfer. The body is narrower at the second end so that material scraped into the body is converged by the side walls in the form of a funnel.

The main body has a first width at the location between the midpoint of the lengthwise axis and the first end and a second width at the second end. The first width is less than the second width.

Abstract: A system includes a cradle, a tray assembly, a plurality of supports, and a vibrator. The tray assembly removably couples to the cradle. The plurality of supports extend from the tray assembly at positions on the tray assembly that correspond to positions of the holes in the tray assembly. The supports are sized and dimensioned to hold paper tubes. The vibrator vibrates the tray assembly coupled to the cradle to distribute loose material placed on the tray assembly through the holes in the tray assembly and fill the paper tubes in the supports with the loose material.

The funnel is rollable into a filter, and the filter is inserted into an end of the cigarette tube, and the filter filters smoke from the smoking material and the cigarette tube when the cigarette tube and the smoking material are ignited. There is likewise a method of making a cigarette using the kit.

Abstract: A piston device for loading material into a tube or other implement. In an example, the material is a smoking material loaded into a smoking implement. An example piston device includes a cylinder and a piston. The piston is removed from a first end of the cylinder and inserted into a second end of the cylinder. A cap slip locks onto the second end of the cylinder to provide a surface on which to compress the material against. Withdrawing the piston from the second end of the cylinder draws the smoking material into a chamber of the cylinder through an opening in the first end of the cylinder. Pressing the piston into the second end of the cylinder compresses the smoking material within the chamber of the cylinder, and then releases the smoking material from the chamber of the cylinder into the smoking implement.

The lower rectangular subpanel and upper rectangular subpanel are pivotable with respect to the central subpanel to an opposed position forming an enclosed cavity. The left panel facets and right panel facets are pivotable so as to collapse and be contained within the enclosed cavity. Alternative embodiments with additional multifunctional capabilities are also described.
