摘要： A nursing cover having an integrated cooling neck fan in which the integrated cooling neck fan is bladeless, removable, and bendable over a range of angles. The inside top area of the nursing cover includes at least one hook and loop strip that extends in a horizontal direction or another type of fastener. Additional hook and loop strips are on a top surface of the cooling neck fan such that the cooling neck fan is removably attachable to the inside top area of the nursing cover. A user grabs the two ends of the neck fan to bring the nursing cover closer or further away and adjust distance of air vents on the neck fan from a nursing child covered by the nursing cover while held by the mother. The nursing cover includes a neck strap and a long fabric portion that thoroughly covers the mother and nursing child. The nursing cover can be a partial nursing cover or a 360-degree nursing cover.

摘要： A garment for assisting a user holding an infant is provided. The garment may include a first portion, a second portion, a first sleeve, and a second sleeve. The second portion may be configured to overlap the first portion when the garment is worn by the user. The first sleeve and the second sleeve may each extend from the first portion and the second portion, respectively. The first portion may define an elongated opening. The elongated opening may be positioned to provide access through the opening and to the infant from the outside of the garment while the first portion remains covered by the second portion. The garment may also include at least one fastener attached thereto. The at least one fastener may be positioned relative to the opening and may comprise at least one loop to secure at least part of a tubing or wire extending from the infant. The garment may also comprise a locking mechanism that can adjust the loop to the size of the tubing.

摘要： A lactation system is disclosed. Embodiments include at least one extraction mechanism including a compression mechanism and a collection mechanism, and a controller. The compression mechanism can include a plurality of manipulable members, each operably coupled to an actuator and arrangeable circumferentially about a breast of a user such that each member can be actuated to selectively apply pressure to a region of the breast. The collection mechanism can be removably coupleable to the compression mechanism and can comprise a storage compartment to receive and store milk The controller can be operably coupleable to the actuators to cause the members to move according to a movement pattern which can be configured to stimulate the breast to induce the flow of milk from the breast and modulated based on sensor feedback. A wearable garment with an inner structure can be removably coupled to the extraction mechanism. An outer cover can be arrangeable to conceal the extraction mechanism.

A fabric portion provides privacy or shade for the infant and is shaped to ensure coverage of a user while nursing. A mesh portion provides airflow to the user and baby to prevent overheating and completes the shape of the cover. The cover has a first opening and a second opening which define a passage through the cover through which a user's torso, a baby car seat, a high chair, or other object may pass through partially or wholly. Fasteners around the second opening of the cover reduce the size of the second opening when secured and keep the cover in place on a user's shoulder or on an upper portion of a car seat or high chair.

The inner layer and the outer layer are attached to each other in at least one point above the lowermost edges of the sleeve openings of the inner layer, and the outer layer comprises a lower edge arranged below the lowermost edges of the sleeve openings of the inner layer, so that a breast can be accessed through one of the sleeve openings of the inner layer by lifting the lower edge of the outer layer. The garment facilitates breastfeeding, since an outer layer which is not attached to the inner layer at the sides is easy to lift in order to access a breast through one of the sleeve openings of the inner layer.
