Abstract:
A rail-mounted hanging file arrangement includes a generally horizontally elongated rail which is supported in upwardly spaced relationship from the worksurface so as to extend generally along but above the rear edge thereof. The rail defines therein a longitudinally elongated slot which opens forwardly of the rail, and a file hanging frame is releasably attached to the rail at substantially any position therealong so that the frame is carried entirely by the rail and projects rearwardly a small distance therefrom to permit conventional hanging type files to be stored just rearwardly of the rail adjacent the rear edge of the worksurface. The file hanging frame includes a pair of generally parallel side legs which are spaced so as to permit a plurality of hanging files to be suspended therebetween, and the hang tabs provided on opposite ends of the files can engage the side legs. These side legs of the file hanging frame at their front ends fixedly join to front legs which project downwardly and also slope inwardly in converging relationship with one another. The front legs at the lower ends thereof respectively join to securing legs of short extent which are insertable into the slot of the support rail to fixedly but releasably secure the frame to this support rail.
Abstract:
Display panel systems make it possible to access a wide range of information. Such systems have a stand and a support for swivel panels upon which information carriers can be placed. The stand is modular and has two side parts which can be combined with a variable number of intermediate parts, each of which has a support for swivel panels.
Abstract:
A file suspension device for holding hanging file folders in a box. The file suspension device includes a frame. The frame has an elongate first rod, an elongate second rod, an elongate third rod and an elongate fourth rod. A fastening structure is provided on at least two of the rods for removably fastening each of the at least two rods on the top edge of one of the walls of the box. The fastening structure pinches an upper portion of the wall when the fastening structure is fastened to the wall for retaining an associated rod on the wall.
Abstract:
A display system having a first card having oppositely facing first and second surfaces, at least one display object on the first surface, and a spacer assembly with a first spacer element that is attached to the first card and projects from the first surface.
Abstract:
A greeting card display apparatus for displaying greeting cards. The greeting card display apparatus includes a housing having a channel designed to rest on a support surface. The housing has a plurality of display arm assemblies which are selectively couplable to the housing and pivot sideways with respect to the housing for the purpose of paging through the greeting cards. The display arms are telescopic thereby allowing them to adjust to various sizes of cards. There is a lighted section at the top of the housing for ornamental purposes, and the housings are designed as a stand-alone version, one that can encompass a circular member such as a Christmas tree, or one designed to be coupled to a flat or corner wall surface.
Abstract:
Spacers for a carpet sample board are described comprising two pieces, each with an outer flange to cover the hole cut in the sample board. The carpet sample board includes at least one spacer to prevent boards arranged in a binder or carrier from rubbing against or flattening the fabric of carpet samples on subsequent boards. The spacers are typically attached to the board by the mating of male and female members, where a male member is placed on the top surface of the board and penetrates the board through an aperture in the board. The male member is then coupled by a female member on the opposite surface of the board.
Abstract:
An all-plastic module forms a letter-by-legal frame in which file folders can hang. The module is assembled from two identical end pieces and two identical side pieces. Casters can be attached to the module so it can roll on a floor or a desktop. The modules can be stacked. A lid can be detachably secured to a module to prevent dust from settling on the file folders therein.
Abstract:
The apparatus includes two side members each having a plurality of spaced apart slats formed on its inner side with adjacent slats forming a slot. The side members have upper edges which slant upward and rearward from the upper ends of their front edges. Each rearward of an adjacent slat has its top and bottom edges located at a level above the top and bottom edges respectively of the adjacent slat. The side members are supported such that their slats face each other and are spaced from each other to form a flooring sample receiving space. A floor is coupled between the two side members at the bottom edges of the slats. Each slot of one side member is aligned with a slot of the other side member to form a plurality of pairs of slots with each pair of slots and the floor being adapted to support a flooring sample. Each of the side members and its slats are formed as an integral member molded from plastic material. The floor is formed of plastic and has an upper side with a plurality of spaced apart ridges for engaging the edges of the samples. A plurality of sockets are molded to each side member for receiving a plurality of connecting members for connecting the two side members together and for supporting the floor.
