摘要： An automatic separator for peel and pulp of Holboellia latifolia Wall is provided: the cooperation between a pressure roller set (9) and a scraping plate (11) is used for pressing and separating the peel and pulp of Holboellia latifolia Wall; a shell (2) surrounded by four rectangular plates which are perpendicular to each other and fixedly connected end to end is fixedly connected outside the table-shaped frame (14), two side rectangular plates (22) of the shell (2) are symmetrically provided with peel outlets (20), a screen table (18) is installed on the top of the pressure roller frame, two groups of automatic pressure roller adjusting devices (6) are provided at both sides of the screen table (18), respectively, and a pressure roller installing platform (5) is placed above the four automatic pressure roller adjusting devices (6) through grooves installed below a frame. The automatic separator with rational structural design which cuts Holboellia latifolia Wall into two halves through a knife half-cutting device (6), and which utilizes the extrusion force and the counter-acting force from rollers (91) to classify the peel and pulp in a peel outlet (13) and a seed pulp box (12) respectively, and which makes the processing under a stable and reliable condition.

摘要： An Avocado Skinning and Pulping Device. The device uses a single cutting blade to cut through both the seed and meat of incoming avocados. The device has a feature wherein the cutting blade can be sharpened while in operating condition (without removing the blade from the machine). To increase cut uniformity, there are a series of guides, elements and other apparatus that will place the incoming avocados in a consistent orientation relative to the cutting blade before they are cut. The device includes a set of custom-shaped ramps designed to guide and transport the cut avocado halves down to the moving exit conveyor so that the halves land face-down on the exit conveyor. The disassembly and reassembly can be completed rapidly. The de-seeding mechanism has also been improved upon over the parent designs.

摘要： An apparatus and methods for splitting apart a pomegranate fruit employ a pair of elongated splitting levers and a pivoting connecting mechanism, carried on the pair of elongated levers. Each one of the elongated levers has a penetrating end and a shape configured to enable the pair of elongated levers to be arranged in a substantially closed configuration in contact or contiguous lengthways with one another to form a penetrating structure to enable the elongated levers to be at least partially inserted into a pomegranate. The elongated splitting levers are hingedly connectable at the penetrating ends by the pivoting connecting mechanism which is configured to outwardly pivot the elongated splitting levers from the substantially closed configuration into a substantially open configuration in response to forcing the elongated splitting levers apart about a fulcrum.

摘要： Apparatus for removing the peel from a pineapple comprises a cylindrical body provided with a toothed cutting edge designed to cut through a pineapple and fixed guide means telescopically positioned within the cylindrical body and adapted to direct the toothed cutting edge of the cylindrical body towards a pineapple that is placed on a cutting pad positioned in opposing relationship to the toothed cutting edge. The apparatus is optionally provided with a core tube slidably disposed in a passageway extending through the guide means and designed to cut through the central core of a pineapple placed on the cutting pad. The apparatus is also provided with means for simultaneously or separately moving the cylindrical body and the core tube towards the pineapple and the cutting pad.

摘要： A fruit processing apparatus 8 includes a chute 10 through which fruit 12 travel form a supply source and into one of a series of holding cups 14 positioned around the perimeter of a first rotating indexing delivery carousel 16. A second rotating indexing delivery carousel 18 is located side by side the first delivery carousel 16 and also includes a series of cups 14 positioned around its perimeter. Two corresponding holding cups 14 from the rotating delivery carousels 16 and 18 close towards each other to cooperatively form a cavity to retain the fruit 10 therein. A small separation remains between the two cups 14 through which passes a splitting device 20 for splitting the fruit in two sections or halves 12A, with one section/half remaining within each of the two cups 14. A pitter 24 in the form of a plunger projects forwardly through the fruit husk and against the fruit pit to eject the pit from the fruit. A rotating indexing removal carousel 30 is positioned adjacent each of the delivery carousels 16 and 18. A series of radially outwardly projecting removal screens 32 are positioned around the perimeters of the removal carousels 30. The removal screens 32 are configured to press into the fruit halves 12A disposed in the holding cups 14 to force the fruit pulp out through the screen openings 34, thereby to extract the fruit pulp from the husk 36 in the form of cubes 38 or other desirable shapes.

摘要： A system for automatically forming chunks and spears at high speed from unpeeled fruit items is provided. The fruit is sliced into unpeeled wedges. The unpeeled wedges are conveyed into a plurality of staggered transverse chunking blades, wherein the flesh, but not the peel, is cut sequentially from the center of each wedge outwardly, flattening each wedge. A peel removal knife is located to sever the peel of each wedge from the center outwardly after the transverse chunk cutting blades have cut the flesh. Spears may be formed by deleting some of the transverse chunking blades.
