摘要: Systems and methods for the concurrent treatment of multiple oral diseases and defects while promoting general oral hygiene utilizing electricity are provided for non-human animals. Electrodes are used to deliver an electrical current to the gingival tissues of a mouth in order to achieve a number of therapeutic, prophylactic, and regenerative benefits. These benefits include killing oral microbes, increasing oral vasodilation, reducing oral biofilm, improving oral blood circulation, reversing oral bone resorption, promoting oral osteogenesis, treating gum recession, and fostering gingival regeneration. Other benefits include the treatment of gingivitis, periodontitis, and oral malodor, and other systemic diseases correlated with oral pathogens.

摘要: A pet toothbrush includes a hybrid brush head populated by both stiffer plastic bristles and softer TPE bristles, a brush handle and a connecting neck connecting the brush head and the brush handle. A toothpaste tube accommodates pet toothpaste. A toothpaste outlet is provided in the vicinity of the brush head. The connecting neck is provided with a toothpaste channel connected with the toothpaste outlet. The connection between the connecting neck and the brush handle is provided with a one-way delivery valve of toothpaste from the toothpaste tube to the toothpaste channel and then extruded from the toothpaste outlet. The toothbrush can continuously squeeze the toothpaste by way of a push cap or button to ensure the cleaning effect. The toothbrush has replaceable brush heads. The toothpaste outlet can be closed to maintain toothbrush cleanliness.

摘要: A gauge system for measuring underbite and overbite in ruminants includes a set of elongated generally S-shaped underbite gauge members and an underbite-overbite gauge member of unitary construction, each having an elongated handle portion configured to be gripped in the hand of a user, a first curved portion formed at one end of the handle portion and a second curved portion formed at the opposed end thereof, extending in vertically opposed relation to one another. The first and second curved portions of the underbite gauges and the first curved portion of the underbite-overbite gauge terminate in an underbite measuring tip of different thicknesses for measuring an underbite condition. The second curved portion of the underbite-overbite gauge has a flat rectangular overbite measuring tip that extends forward a distance from the second curved portion and is provided with a metric scale for measuring an overbite condition.

摘要: A system and method for non-invasive reconstruction of an entire object-specific or person-specific teeth row from just a set of photographs of the mouth region of an object (e.g., an animal) or a person (e.g., an actor or a patient) are provided. A teeth statistic model defining individual teeth in a teeth row can be developed. The teeth statistical model can jointly describe shape and pose variations per tooth, and as well as placement of the individual teeth in the teeth row. In some embodiments, the teeth statistic model can be trained using teeth information from 3D scan data of different sample subjects. The 3D scan data can be used to establish a database of teeth of various shapes and poses. Geometry information regarding the individual teeth can be extracted from the 3D scan data. The teeth statistic model can be trained using the geometry information regarding the individual teeth.
