摘要： A disposable diaper includes a main diaper body with a flexible plastic housing. The diaper housing has a front wall and a parallel back wall sealably joined to the front wall. The front and back walls cooperate to define a housing chamber therebetween. The back wall has an aperture formed therein. The main diaper body also includes at least one layer of absorbent material disposed within the housing chamber. The diaper also includes a flexible sleeve for surrounding a user's phallus. The flexible sleeve attached to the back wall of the housing around the aperture, and is in fluid communication with the housing chamber via the aperture. The diaper may have an adhesive material attached to a lower portion of the front wall, to allow it to be removably fastened to an undergarment.

摘要： An applicator for insertion of cargo into a body cavity is provided. The applicator includes an applicator body having a number of walls and at least one breach. Greater flexibility in the applicator body is achieved due to the breach. This flexibility of the applicator body enables cargo to be desirably held in a holding space of the applicator body until it is to be inserted into the body cavity. During insertion, a plunger engages the cargo and pushes it from the applicator body. The flexibility of the applicator body walls facilitates the movement of the cargo. The breach can be located or formed in various positions including along intersections of applicator body walls, intermediate applicator body walls, as an open wall, as well as continuously along substantially the entire length of the applicator body. In one embodiment, the applicator is configured to securely hold the applicator body and the plunger together.

摘要： An applicator system for delivering an object into mammalian body cavity and a method for delivering the object are disclosed. The applicator includes a tubular insertion member having a perimeter and an expulsion member, which is slideably fitted within the insertion member and linearly-biased. The expulsion member extends out of the gripper end of the insertion member and is restrained proximate the outer surface of the insertion member. The perimeter of the folded applicator about both the insertion and expulsion members is of similar length to that of the insertion member. The method includes the steps of releasing the expulsion member from restraint such that it extends rearwardly from the insertion member, inserting the insertion member into the body cavity, applying force on the expulsion member, expelling the object into the body cavity, and removing the insertion portion of the applicator.

The applicators comprise a tubular insertion member having an insertion end and a gripper end opposite thereof. The gripper end has an indentation with a shoulder on each end of the indentation. The shoulder most proximal the insertion end provides resistance to finger slip during the step of inserting the applicator into a body cavity. Whereas the shoulder most proximal the gripper end provides resistance to finger slip during the step of expelling material substantially contained by the applicator. The shoulder most proximal the gripper end also provides secure handling of the applicator while removing the applicator from the body after the expulsion step has been completed.
