The impeller assembly provided in the present application includes: a stirring impeller, wherein the stirring impeller includes a rotating shaft and blades arranged around the rotating shaft along the circumferential direction; a surrounding plate, wherein the surrounding plate is arranged around the outer periphery of the stirring impeller, and the surrounding plate is provided with a plurality of discharge holes, the surrounding plate further includes a plurality of dispersing teeth, the plurality of dispersing teeth are arranged facing a rotation direction of the blades, and the plurality of dispersing teeth are distributed around the periphery of the plurality of discharge holes.

    摘要: The present application discloses an impeller assembly and a mixing apparatus, and relates to the technical field of solid and liquid mixing devices. The impeller assembly includes an impeller structure and a housing structure. The impeller structure includes a body, and a surface of the body is provided with a plurality of backward-skewed blades. A blade angle of each backward-skewed blade on any flow plane first decreases progressively and then increases progressively from an inlet to an outlet. A first baffle is disposed on a lower portion of the body. The housing structure includes a second baffle. The first baffle is provided with first guide slots, and the second baffle is provided with second guide slots. A fluid enters from the inlet at an upper portion of the body, flows along the surface of the body, and flows out through the outlet at a lower portion of the body and through the first guide slots and the second guide slots. A centerline of each first guide slot is deflected towards a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the impeller structure, and a centerline of each second guide slot is deflected towards the rotation direction of the impeller structure. The present application solves the problems of unstable discharge, large vibration and noise, and insufficient work efficiency.

    摘要: A stirring device is adapted to be used for a water storage system. The stirring device includes a tube unit and a stirring unit. The tube unit includes a rigid tube member, and a flexible tube member adapted for interconnecting the rigid tube member and an inlet of the water storage system. The stirring unit includes a center rod extending rotatably into the rigid tube member along an longitudinal direction of the rigid tube member, a support subunit positioning the center rod within the rigid tube member, a driver fan subunit mounted to the center rod and adapted to be driven by water for actuating rotation of the center rod, and a stirring member mounted co-rotatably to the center rod and adapted for stirring sediments in the water.
