摘要: An automated computer-controlled sampling system and related methods for collecting, processing, and analyzing agricultural samples for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The sampling system allows multiple samples to be processed and analyzed for different analytes or chemical properties in a simultaneous concurrent or semi-concurrent manner. Advantageously, the system can process soil samples in the “as collected” condition without drying or grinding. The system generally includes a sample preparation sub-system which receives soil samples collected by a probe collection sub-system and produces a slurry (i.e. mixture of soil, vegetation, and/or manure and water), and a chemical analysis sub-system which processes the prepared slurry samples for quantifying multiple analytes and/or chemical properties of the sample. The sample preparation and chemical analysis sub-systems can be used to analyze soil, vegetation, and/or manure samples.

The slurry processing apparatus may include a slurry mixing assembly, a viscosity monitoring assembly, a controller, and a suction pump. The slurry mixing assembly may be configured to mix a slurry. The viscosity monitoring assembly may be configured to monitor a viscosity parameter of the slurry in the slurry mixing assembly. The controller may be separately connected to the slurry mixing assembly and the viscosity monitoring assembly, and the controller may be configured to receive the viscosity parameter and control operation of the slurry mixing assembly based on the viscosity parameter. The suction pump may have an inlet, and the inlet of the suction pump may be connected to the slurry mixing assembly through a first pipe for sucking the slurry in the slurry mixing assembly.

摘要: Apparatuses and methods are provided for use in the extraction of botanical resins from plant-based source materials. The apparatuses comprise a container operable to hold liquids. The container may be closed using a first lid. The first lid may comprise a center hole through which a whisk may be inserted and locked in place. The whisk is operable to rotate using a rotation mechanism and subsequently stirs the contents of the container. The rotation may be manual or motor driven. After stirring, the first lid is removed and a second lid is attached. The second lid may comprise an integrated mesh filter and a spout so that liquid contents of the container may be easily poured out.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a colloidal mixer for colloidal processing of a slurry, in particular processing of construction materials, with a colloidal mixer, in which at least one liquid is introduced into a mixing trough, at the lower region of which is arranged an outlet opening with a mixing device having a mixing rotor, which is driven in rotation.
According to the invention, the at least one pulverulent solid component is introduced into the mixing trough, the at least one liquid mixed with the at least one pulverulent solid component is induced to flow by the rotatingly driven mixing rotor and is discharged from the mixing trough through the outlet opening, wherein the mixture is led back again for a certain time via a backflow line into an upper region of the mixing trough for further mixing and, after a desired mixing state has been attained, the mixture is discharged as a finished slurry from the outlet opening by means of a discharge line.
According to the invention, it is provided that air is incorporated into the at least one liquid and/or the mixture in a targeted manner in a finely dispersed form, wherein a relative density of the liquid, or of the mixture, is reduced.-

摘要: An apparatus configured to process foodstuff materials can include an exterior tube, an inner shaft, and multiple differently shaped protrusions. The exterior tube can have a foodstuff inlet, an outlet, and a longitudinal axis, and can be configured to facilitate the conveyance of foodstuff materials along a material passage from the foodstuff inlet to the outlet. The inner shaft can be located within the exterior tube, can extend along the longitudinal axis, and can combine with the exterior tube to define the material passage. The inner shaft can be configured to be rotationally driven. The multiple differently shaped protrusions can be coupled to and extend from the inner shaft, and these differently shaped protrusions can be configured to process the foodstuff materials when the inner shaft is rotationally driven. Processing can include conveying, agitating, and/or hydrating the foodstuff materials.
