    Abstract: A cleaning device for a wafer-suction chuck mechanism capable of automatically and simply performing cleaning treatment on a chuck surface that suction-holds a wafer and cleaning treatment on a frame suction-holding section. The cleaning device is configured to include a scraper 17 and a brush 18 that press frame suction-holding section cleaning means 10B for removing a sludge on a frame suction-holding section 11B onto the frame suction-holding section 11B, and a water nozzle 19 that discharges and supplies water onto the frame suction-holding section 11B.

    Abstract: A cleaning equipment includes a housing, a rolling brush, a spraying device, a dirt storage container, and a baffle plate. A bottom portion of the housing defines a dirt suction cavity. The housing defines a dirt suction channel including a dirt inlet opening and a dirt outlet opening. The dirt inlet opening communicates with the dirt suction cavity. The dirt outlet opening communicates with the dirt storage container. The rolling brush is mounted in the dirt suction cavity and partially extends out of the dirt suction cavity. The spraying device is positioned in the dirt suction cavity. The spraying device and the dirt inlet opening are arranged at intervals in a rotational direction of the rolling brush. The baffle plate connects to a sidewall of the dirt suction cavity. The baffle plate is positioned between the spraying device and the dirt inlet opening in the rotational direction.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a system for cleaning modular belts, characterized in that it comprises a support structure configured to be mounted and dismounted from the structure of a modular-belt conveyor, wherein a plurality of cleaning stations are mounted on the support structure, said cleaning stations consisting of: (a) a first surface cleaning station consisting of at least one roller with cleaning flaps disposed crosswise on the modular belt; (b) a cleaning preparation station consisting of at least one transverse duct disposed in an elevated manner with a plurality of ejection nozzles distributed along the length of the at least one duct and along the width of the modular belt in order to sprinkle water in the form of a spray directly on the modular belt; (c) a pre-cleaning station comprising a system of at least one self-adjustable plastic scraper; (d) a second surface cleaning station consisting of at least one pair of rollers with cleaning flaps, one being placed on the upper part of the modular belt and the other on the lower part thereof; (e) a deep-cleaning and sanitization station consisting of a system of rotary steam-spraying heads connected to a dry steam generator; and (f) a station for drying with warm air, formed by at least two air turbines with an elevated transverse diffuser.

    Abstract: A manure scraping assembly includes a scraper that has a first portion forming an angle with a second portion. The scraper is positionable in a pushing position to push manure on the support surface. Conversely, the scraper is positionable in a pulling position to pull manure on the support surface. A handle is removably attached to the scraper and the handle can be gripped by a user thereby facilitating the scraper to be pushed or pulled. The handle angles upwardly at a substantially diagonal axis with respect to the first portion of the scraper when the scraper is positioned in the pushing position.     Abstract: A cleaning head for a marine cleaning system used for cleaning a liquid submerged surface includes a body configured to be disposed adjacent to and moved relative to the submerged surface during use. The body defines at least one suction aperture being in fluid communication with a suction region adjacent the body. At least one support arm extends from the body, which support arm in turn supports a respective cleaning element including a scraping blade that is configured to cause material on the submerged surface to separate from the submerged surface and become suspended in the suction region during use. The material separated from the submerged surface is drawn away from the suction region through the at least one suction aperture. Each support arm extends flexibly from a respective junction with the body so that the cleaning element is supported in a spaced relation laterally away from the junction with the junction being disposed in an operatively forward direction of the cleaning element during use.
