Abstract:
An adjustable deburring tool includes a body; a rotatable deburring tip, mounted on or configured to be mounted on the body, which is configured to be rotated when powered by a power unit; and an adapter configured to be mounted over the deburring tip, when the deburring tip is mounted on the body, the adapted comprising a tube for at least partially accommodating the deburring tip, wherein the tube includes a notch through which a portion of the deburring tip extends by an adjustable extent of exposure, for performing deburring, and wherein a central axis of the tube is eccentric to a central axis of the deburring tip when the deburring tip is mounted on the body so that the extent of exposure is regulated by rotating the tube.
Abstract:
The auxiliary hand grip attaches to a conventional rasp to provide the user with an additional grip, allowing the user to better control the rasp when used to reconfigure a hoof. The auxiliary hand grip has a plate affixed to a socket element, the socket element extending along an axis and the plate extending substantially normal to the axis. The socket has inner surfaces spaced to accept a distal end extension of the rasp, and is aligned with the rasp so as to align the axis of the auxiliary hand grip with a longitudinal axis of the rasp. Clamping elements such as set screws extending through the socket serve to affix the auxiliary hand grip onto the distal end extension of the rasp.
Abstract:
A device for filing and/or abrading the multiple surfaces and/or edges of an object end so that they are less sharp, rough, dangerous, or so that they better conform to a desired shape. Embodiments of the device may comprise filing surfaces for filing the multiple object surfaces and/or edges thereof without requiring substantial repositioning of either the device or the object with surfaces and/or edges being filed. Moreover, embodiments of the device may be useful for filing sets of both the inner and outer object surfaces and/or edges thereof without requiring substantial repositioning of either the device or the object, and therefore in a more efficient and less dangerous manner. It is anticipated that some embodiments may comprise filing surfaces arranged in a manner configured to file the surfaces and/or edges of a strut end.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a mini-blade (1) which body (2) has an inner edge (4) in which there is, at least, one transversal tab (6) that constitutes a retention means of the mini-blade (1) in an adapter device (20); between the inner (4) and the external (3) edges, the body (2) has the sufficient extension to form clamping portions (7)(8) that allow the application of clamping peripheral tabs (30). The invention also refers to an adapter device (20) that, for the mounting of a rotary work structure (40) of pneumatic roughing down, includes clamping sets (20) composed of ending supports (21)(22) and intermediary separator supports (23), all of which have clamping transversal peripheral tabs (30) that form jaws capable of clamping the clamping positions (7)(8) of the mini-blade (1). The different supports (21)(22)(23) that form the clamping sets (20) are arranged attached one to another, in train, with the mini-blades (1) interspersed in their jaws, in such a way that the toothed external edge (3) of these last ones protrudes from the clamping set (20).

Abstract:
A tool has a shank extending axially in one direction from a material-removing formation and engageable in the chuck of a handle-held electric drill, and has a shaft extending axially in the opposite direction. A handle is rotatable on but axially fixed on this shaft and a guide ring can be secured at any position along it. This guide ring can therefore ride along a guide and determine the exact axial position of the material-removing formation relative to the workpiece edge of a guide securable to the workpiece.
