摘要: An electric stapler includes a clamp part, a penetration part, a clinch part, and a motor, the penetration part, and the clinch part. The electric stapler performs binding processing accompanying rotation of the motor by sequentially performing a clamping process, a penetrating process, and a clinching process. The electric stapler includes a first position detection unit that detects that a rotational position of the motor passes a first position, a braking unit that applies braking to the motor after it is detected that the motor passes the first position, a difference calculation unit that calculates a difference between a position at which the motor is stopped by the braking unit and a predetermined stop target position of the motor; and a motor control unit that moves a rotational position of the motor to the stop target position by rotating the motor forward or in reverse by the calculated difference.

摘要: A stapler is configured to bind a workpiece using a staple made of a non-metal soft material. The staple has a crown portion and a pair of leg portions formed by bending both longitudinal ends of the crown portion toward one direction. The stapler includes a placing base, a penetrating part, an opening, and a pressing portion. The opening is provided on the placing base so that the one pair of cutting blades and the one pair of leg portions of the staple inserted into the workpiece pass through the opening. The pressing portion that is provided in the opening of the placing base and suppresses deformation of the workpiece caused by a force applied to the workpiece from the cutting blades when the cutting blades penetrate the workpiece.

摘要: An electric stapler includes: a binding part configured to bind a sheet bundle by striking out a staple having a crown portion and leg portions; and a first guide part configured to guide the sheet bundle to the binding part, and a second guide part facing the first guide part. The first guide part and the second guide part face each other at a distance. The first guide part and the second guide part are opened therebetween as both sides along a length direction of the crown portion, and one side away from the binding part are coupled each other. Lengths from end portions on one side, which are away from the binding part along the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the crown portion, of the first guide part and the second guide part to the binding part are 15 mm or longer.

摘要: A flat clinch assembly fits upon or within a base of a stapling device. The assembly preferably includes a slot with extended resiliently biased arms or toggles, where a rest position has the arms at or near a level of a working surface. An ejecting staple deflects and energizes the arms to cause the arms to rotate and create a clearance recess whereby points of the staple legs slide inward along the anvil. A restorative bias acting on the arms causes the arms to rebound to a rest position and to bend the legs upward. The legs thereby are normally pressed flat against the back sheet of a paper stack at the working surface. The arms or toggles are lightweight whereby the inertia of a fast-moving staple moves the arms or toggles. The toggle may include an upward facing staple leg guide channel.

摘要: A sheet-stapling apparatus mounts a center-folded booklet and staples the booklet at a fold of the booklet by a staple. The sheet-stapling apparatus has a supporting member that mounts the center-folded booklet, a pushing member that pushes the booklet to the supporting member, a stapler that penetrates the staple through the booklet and a clincher that clinches legs of the staple to bind the booklet. The pushing member has a groove that pushes the fold of the booklet and maintains the fold of the booklet at a pushing angle. The supporting member forms the space between the clincher and the booklet.
