摘要： A filter press is disclosed for separating solid components from liquid components of a slurry. The filter press includes side beams and a plurality of filter plates oriented at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the side beams. The filter plates are adapted to move along the side beams. A stationary end is arranged on one end of the side beams and a movable head is adapted to transport the filter plates along the side beams. The filter press includes a press system adapted to exert a closing pressure on the filter plates to press the filter plates against each other. The press system further includes at least one electrically driven actuator adapted to generate an axially directed force on the filter plates by the movable head. The disclosure also relates to a method for separating the solid components from the liquid components of a slurry.

摘要： A linear-actuated press machine comprises a press ram with a tool, a first linear actuator having a first actuator rod, a second line actuator having a second linear actuator rod, a high-speed motor coupled to the first linear actuator for providing a high-speed condition on the press ram, a first high-torque motor coupled to the first linear actuator, and a second high-torque motor coupled to the second linear actuator. The press machine (i) advances the tool toward the part by operation of the high-speed motor associated with the first linear actuator, (ii) forms the part with the tool by simultaneous operation of the first high-torque motor associated with the first linear actuator and the second high-torque motor associated with the second linear actuator, and (iii) retracts the tool from the part by operation of the high-speed motor associated with the first linear actuator.

The load control unit (64) applies an actual load, corresponding to at least one location which belongs to the locations represented by the ram location information and to which the ram is moved, to a compression target by moving the ram to the location. Accordingly, the load value output by the detection unit is calibrated based on the actual load value applied to the compression target.
