摘要： A hand-operated stamp (1) includes an at least partially open-pored printing plate (27) which can be displaced counter to a spring force, from a resting position in which it is retracted into a housing (2), into a printing position by an actuation element (3). The printing plate rests against an ink storage body (25) in order to receive stamping ink therefrom, the ink storage body being mounted in a holder (24) which at least partially encloses it. The holder (24) is trough-shaped and is directly locked with a connecting part (6) which is locked with the actuation unit and which comprises at least one refill support (40, 41) which is oriented towards an ink refill opening (42, 43) in the base wall of the holder (24).

摘要： A roller stamp includes a stamp case and a stamp roller mounted to the stamp case for rotation. The stamp roller is made of foamed polyolefin having pores capable of being impregnated with ink. A stamp pattern is formed on the stamp roller after the stamp roller is mounted to the stamp case. After the stamp roller is mounted to the stamp case, a stamp pattern is formed on the stamp roller by using a thermal head to selectively heat and close the pores in accordance with the stamp pattern.

摘要： In order to supply a multiple number of inks at a desired geometry, a filling frame has filling ports of substantially vertical passage holes. A stamp piece has a continuous porous structure and is placed on a base plate with the filling framed laid thereover. Each ink is supplied from a corresponding filling port to a separated area and is impregnated into a stamp piece in substantially the same geometry as that of separated area so that each will not mix with the other. Thus, inks are filled keeping the separation, into the stamp piece having a continuous porous structure laid below the filling frame.

摘要： On the surface of an ink-permeable sponge material having open cells, a melted portion and an unmelted portion are formed by a thermal head printer controlled by a memory processor for desired imprint data to prepare a stamp having the unmelted portion as an ink oozing imprint surface. Furthermore, a stamp material plate comprising the tape-like sponge material is wound up in the form of a roll and then received in a cassette case, and a stamp material cartridge comprising this cassette case is mounted in a cartridge receiving section of the thermal printer capable of printing in a tape form. A print image set by input from a keyboard or external input is printed on the stamp material comprising the sponge material fed from the cartridge by the thermal head, while the stamp material is pressed, to form a concave having a depth of 0.01 mm or more, thereby preparing a print plate for a stamp having a suitable length.A process for preparing a stamp of the present invention comprises simple steps, and therefore the high-quality stamp can be promptly provided.

The porous rubber stamp material of the present invention can overcome faults of a conventional porous rubber stamp material having open cells and permits obtaining a very sharp imprint under any push pressure. Thus, the porous rubber stamp material of the present invention can be used for the continuous sealing of a private seal, an address seal, a date seal and the like.
