摘要： A container closure includes a shell attachable to a container around a container opening thereof. The shell has a shell opening in fluid communication with the container opening when the shell is attached to the container. A tip is received on the shell movable between a closed position sealing the shell opening and an open position. A cover is releasably attached to the shell in a manner indicative of the tip being positioned in the closed position when the cover is attached to the shell. The cover includes rib engaging ribs for maintaining the cover tip and shell in proper alignment when the cover is attached to the shell.

摘要： A beverage bottle, in particular a wine or sparkling wine bottle, having a bottle neck which leads into a pouring opening having a closure system which, on the one hand, makes it possible to prevent the stored beverage from being impaired in its taste even during a long storage period and, on the other hand, accommodates the esteem of the consumers to a special degree. The pouring opening is closed with a crown cap surrounded by an external packing composed of a molded cap and of a capsule which encircles the molded cap together with a part of the bottle neck. The molded cap is dimensioned so that, when the beverage bottle is closed, the impression of an upper-band mouth arises. In a method for closing the beverage bottle, the molded cap is initially connected to a starting body provided for forming the capsule and then put over the pouring opening provided with the crown cap, the starting body subsequently being rolled or shrunk onto the molded cap as well as on the respective part of the bottle neck to form the capsule.

摘要： An apparatus for removing a stopper from a bottle by rotating a threaded capsule surrounding the threaded neck of a bottle. The capsule is preferably received over a narrowed neck of the bottle to maintain the appearance of a foil-wrapped and cork-closed bottle. The bottle may be sealed with plugs (natural cork, synthetic cork, molded plugs), planar seals, or a combination thereof. The capsule may engage the stopper directly or by way of a stopper anchor. Aspects of the invention include preventing uncontrolled egress of stoppers from pressurized bottles, the resealing of various forms of bottles after removal of the stopper, locking the closure in place, and providing evidence of tampering.

An opening is provided in the top wall leading to the space between the walls of an arcuate segment for receiving a tool capable of moving the lower end of the arcuate segment outward sufficiently to release the detent so that the cap can be removed.

The outer surface of the neck finish defines a groove configured to discretely separate the openings such that the groove prevents liquid dispensed from one opening from entering another opening. The openings are further arranged so as to collectively define a substantially circular outer periphery for the neck finish. A closure system for the bottle comprises a plug for and configured to be separably engageable with each respective opening. The closure system also comprises a cap configured to be separably engageable with the neck finish so as to secure the plugs in engagement with the respective openings and prevent dispensing of the liquid through the openings.
