    摘要: A combination weighing apparatus (1) according to one embodiment includes: a plurality of hoppers (4) to (6) that receives articles inputted from an outside, temporarily stores the articles, and discharges the stored articles downstream; a discharge chute (9) that receives the articles discharged from the hoppers and causes the articles to slide downstream; an acquisition unit (50) that acquires weight values of the articles stored in each hopper; and a control unit (30) that performs combination calculation on the basis of the weight values acquired by the acquisition unit and discharges the articles from a hopper determined by the combination calculation to the discharge chute. The discharge chute includes: a first slide surface (91) having a plurality of openings (91A); and a second slide surface (92) that covers a part of the opening and is disposed at a position on an inner side of the discharge chute with respect to the first slide surface. The second slide surface is formed continuously with the first slide surface on an upstream side, a left side, and a right side of the opening.

    摘要: A liner protects an interior surface of a chute that transfers workable foundry molding mix from a mixer to a machine for molding and hardening. The liner has an upper border portion and body portion. The upper border portion secures the liner to an upper portion of the chute. The body portion has at least one panel of a flexible material and is sized and adapted to line the interior surface of the chute. The liner also has a plurality of apertures through the upper border portion for attaching the upper border portion to the upper portion of the chute. The flexible material of the body portion is a woven fabric with polymeric fibers and, optionally, a polymeric coating.

    摘要: A modular chute system for providing safe convenient access to an inside cavity of the chute system from a variety of locations to enhance safer serviceability features a chute channel formed from a plurality of chute sections. Each chute section is formed from a plurality of rigid structural panels. An edge flange is disposed on each panel edge encompassing an entire panel outer periphery, and the edge flange of one panel is connected to the edge flange of another structural panel. Upon removal of a structural panel or set of adjacent structural panels, the chute channel is self-supporting and non-collapsing. Chute serviceability, such as replacement of interior liners or panels, can be accomplished by removing panels and replacing liners without entering the chute cavity.

The picking device may include a shelf row having shelf bases, each including a plurality of storage chutes, and a retrieving device, via which piece goods can be retrieved. A shelf base may include a frame structure, chute partitions, chute bases, and blocking devices, which are coupled to a control device. Two chute partitions and one chute base may define one elongate storage chute, assigned to each chute base is a support device, on which the chute base rests and which is designed such that another chute base can be slid between the resting chute base and the support device. Assigned to each chute base is a holding means, which prevents the chute base from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the storage chute when the chute base is on the support device.
